Do not waste your time at this location. Employees are extremely rude. They always claim there closed but instead there just standing outside. The managers don’t know how to properly maintain Employees. Then if by chance you actually can get food they throw it in a bag half wrapped and destroyed. And surprise surprise management said it happens not there fault.

went by at 8pm on a weekend and first off the orders of fiesta potato’s i ordered didn’t have cheese and barely had any potatoes in them. then my cheesy roll up the cheese wasn’t even melted, i opened it and there was shredded cheese in it. i did call and ask for new items and the employee dylan who answered was very kind. nice employees but trash food.

I swear, every time I come here, there’s at least one person under the influence of drugs. Drive-thru operators are always “out of it” or intellectually challenged. Last night, I came through the drive-thru after trying to order from the mobile app. Mobile app was not accessible for this location?? Anyways, hopeful that my visit would be successful using verbal communication -I was wrong.. again. I was charged $20.18 for a “Deluxe Cravings Box (which I did not receive) and also 2ct 5 Layer Burritos and a Large Mtn Dew. Needless to say, when I got home, I had 3ct items in my bag. The 2ct 5 Layers and a soft taco??? Good thing the cups were clear or I probably wouldn’t be aware of what I was getting in those. The night crew is obnoxiously loud and rude. I am a waitress and my performance and demeanor determine my cost of living. The manager at this location should truly consider hosting better service, quality and performance standards. This is NOT the first time I have witnessed sorry service here ♀️ Wish I could say I would be back to this location, but I highly recommend for any tourists, town visitors or community members to not waste your time spending your hard earned money to keep these employees and this location in business.

Service has went off the deep end, I’m washing my hands of this place. Order wrong so often, they forget the sauce, napkins and utensils routinely. The food itself is fine, it just won’t be the thing you ordered and you’ll have nothing to eat it with.

This is the worst taco bell in the nation! Last night we ordered $52 worth food all of it was messed up. We were missing 2 chalupas, I asked for 1 beef Supreme with no cheese 1 steak chalupa no cheese both had cheese. We had a total of 5 chalupas 2 crunchwraps, steak burrito and 3 nachos fries. The food was cold and they put a hard shell taco in the place of a chalupa I guess cause we didn’t even order that. I been calling since last night and they won’t even pick up the phone. Go anywhere but here save yourselves! This is not the first time they messed up food but I just can’t take it anymore they are horrible. Go to Hamilton mill they are clean and good.
