I waited 24 minutes for 1 crunch wrap supreme. This is what I got! A nice burnt food uneatable. I new before I unwrapped it because it smelled burnt!!! You don’t care how long customers wait? You have 1 less now cause 6$ thrown away on uneatable food ..you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! If I could give a negative 1 star I would have.

On the way to this taco bell, I started reading all the negative reviews, and I was wondering “what have I gotten myself in to?” But we were the third car in line at the drive thru, got our order taken quickly, and left with our food within 5 or 6 minutes! When we got home, our order was 100% correct! We went at 1015 pm, on a Thursday night.

This store deserves no stars but that’s not an option. Went inside, lady was standing at the register playing on her phone. After a minute of looking at the menu i finally asked if she was taking orders. Supposedly she was counting the drawer but i didn’t see her touch the drawer just playing on her phone. Then she walked off with an attitude. We stood there for a couple minutes then proceeded to try the ordering machine in the lobby which hasn’t updated so what we wanted wasn’t on there to order. I asked again if there was someone to order with and got told to just go to the drive thru. For 1 the front door should be locked if they aren’t going to take orders, for 2 you need a whole new crew working, they are incredibly rude and lazy.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell location in the state. It’s just a bunch of terrible kids. They are always out of stuff. Somehow it’s cash only every time we go. We’ve actually had a 16 year old staff member try to fight us. Corporate needs to shut this location down or fix the management.

The only decent reviews on here are staff or friends of the owner. This location is overpriced compared to other locations in the area. The service is poor at best. I live in the area and quit ordering from this location after about a dozen attempt on hopes they would get it right. If you go through the drive through, you will have to park for 10 minutes to wait for your order or won’t get a complete order. This is probably the worst managed fast food place…no trip ever goes smoothly

Update: I gave this location another chance to fulfill an order I put in thru the Taco Bell app. I paid $33 for food and my son went to pick it up. He went to the draft through window and was told that the food we ordered could not be made made or given to us since they were out of too many. Items that were on the order. They then informed us that we had to cancel it via the app which is impossible to do. So he told them he would be right back and called me and told me. I tried to call the store and they refused to answer. Then he went back and they said that they didn’t have an order. They had marked it as picked up and no food was ever given to us and there was no refund so I paid taco bell $33 dollars for nothing.

Whoever worked the night shift on 10/11 and ran your mouth and were too lazy to tell someone at the drive thru that the restaurant is closed and then when the person walks in the unlocked door at 1am which is very unsafe btw and you proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful I hope you have the day you deserve today and furthermore if you hate working there you should quit and go somewhere you love. And to the owner of this franchise your employees are setting up your business to be robbed by leaving the door unlocked after closing and I’m sure the dining room was closed before 1am. Please handle this situation I’m sure it’s all on video. Thank you. Btw also don’t accept DoorDash orders if you’re going to be closed soon

The service was quick, and the food was OK but they put a lot of sauce in in the food. On our way out. There is a gentleman laying down on the sidewalk very scary and he was there when we got there and there when we left and we were there clearly an hour. Pretty busy area in a lot of people to allow a vagrant just to hang out. Just really not safe. Hate it for him but it did scare me as my husband had already gone to the car.

WORST STAFF EVER. They gave me the wrong order and accused me of eating some of the wrong order because i had opened the bag (even though I was in front of them the whole time). When they gave me the correct order, they intentionally took out the food they had accused me of having eaten and still forgot to include all of my order. Not a single one of the staff said any word to me when handing me my order or apologized for any of it. They are not only unprepared for their jobs, but they also lack the most basic of the basic social manners. One of the most unpleasant experiences ever. This location definitely needs better management.
