I ordered two crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only – no lettuce – I always ask for no lettuce. When I got the bag with my tacos inside I noticed right away it was light as a feather. I opened them up and there was so little meat and cheese it hardly covered just the very bottom of the taco shell on both of them. I thought surely this was an oversight went back.. showed the girl at drive thru and she said “that’s all you get with no lettuce”. It that’s the case I won’t be returning to Taco Bell after eating at them all my life!!!

They shutthe grill down an hour before they close. There isn’t a sign saying they reduce their menu an hour before closing. The staff has a less than lack luster customer service attitude. The staff is basically riding the clock between 11:00 and 1:00 am. Won’t be returning. Date of service was 08/28/2023.

I made the trip twice for a late night snack and both times they were closed before midnight. Today I arrived at 11:45 pm. I sat in the parking lot to add this review and look up other places to eat. I watched multiple cars meet the same disappointment as me. Should really update their hours.

Ordered nachos BELL GRANDE extra cheese and got regular nachos and had to hunt for the meat and no extra cheese. AC was either turned off or broken but no fans or doors open to accommodate temp in the hottest days of summer. Crew acted like they really didn’t care if you ordered or left.

I’m hoping this location gets its act together. I’ve had stale flour tortillas and my order wrong a few times. Sometimes the app says they are closed mid day when trying to order. Sometimes the dining room is closed, this is understandable with it being short staffed. Really hit or miss.

I ordered a chalupa supreme. The crust tasted stale and it was not warm. The fiesta potatoes were okay but not the best. We did have some of the cinnabon donuts and they were very good.

I had gotten a delux cravings box and when receiving my order it was missing my Cinnabon delights and one of my burritos were incorrect. No big deal. So I went inside to get the order sorted out. When I informed them my burrito was incorrect the cook came over and started to argue saying the order was right, I think I know what I ordered (He’s easily recognizable due to the tattoos on his face) the manger (female with a foreign accent) decides to snatch back the wrong burrito out of my hands and argued with me about my order being right or wrong. She ridiculed me about my decision to bring it back inside. I have never met a fast food manager who was so rude and willingly to call a customer wrong. After which she crumbled up my burrito threw it away and proceeded to make me a new one while staring at me the entire time. After which she threw the bag in my face and sarcastically told me to have a good day. What a terrible experience. I will never return to this Taco Bell. Both workers need to be talked to about their actions and I recommend everyone else go to a different Taco Bell. Horrible.

The staff was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. The food with special requests such as no tomatoes was honored with a good attitude and prepared accurately. The restroom was clean. The parking lot was clean and free from litter. I went back again the next day for small order and received good service again.

Was there Saturday November 6th. I was in the drive and a bit busy. When it was my time I order a party pack. They ask me to pull around and have my order to me when ready. 15 minutes later I had to go in to check. They had not even started. By this everyone before and after had their order. I was mad…and the Quality of these simple taco were poor .I was offered nothing from my inconvenience Nor did I get a receipt in which I had to go back in the store and get. Thanks but I won’t be missing you. At the time there had to least 5 employees
