I have had problems in the past with DoorDash orders but tonight tops the cake. After working 12 hours today I Order food to be delivered to my house around the same time I would be home. It’s late 10pm. I get my food around 10:40. I live about 10 minutes away (one exit up off the loop). First the food is deadly cold also missing and wrong food. Dragon tea is pink it’s suppose to be purple. Chips and dip was good but they for got the chips. DoorDash supports refused to help so I went to the store to talk to someone about my order that cost 37$ for only 4 tocos and a burrito…. Lady taking orders seemed to not know what to do other than just give me chips and dismiss me. No apologies for the inconvenience or the fact the receipt clearly said the order and what I wanted in my order. I get it, it’s fast food and times are tuff with the money hungry tyrants companies but Jesus all I wanted was what I paid for. OVERPRICED order.

Food was delicious, though expensive for the much smaller portions they give nowadays, grilled cheese burrito is half the size it was a few months ago. Very slow service, gave strong priority to the drive through. One woman ahead of me got a refund instead of waiting because she had been there for more than 30 minutes. But food tasted fresh and was hot once I got it.

Got a cravings box with grilled cheese burrito and 2 doritos tacos. My taco shells were so crunchy unlike every other taco bell that gives you soggy shells. And my burrito was toasted on both sides properly and it was so good. Other taco bells give you a burrito covered in grease and cheese barely toasted. Best taco bell ive ever had and I got my food in literally 2 min.

This taco bell is always on point! Your food is fast and acurate! And they don’t skimp on the taco meat and refried beans. You get what you pay for and sometimes more. Staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience and never waited more than 2min for my food.

Line of cars in the drive thru, but the employee(s) would not come to the speaker to accept the drive thru orders. It was prior to closing time, approximately 10pm. If the restaurant is going to close early, there should be a sign on the drive thru as well as the drive thru window. This is why many restaurants are closing permanently – poor customer service and/or poor management of their employees and the business overall.

Bunch of wackos! And forget dining in….lobby is ALWAYS closed….even if the door is open, I’ve been refused service . Honestly I’d say go across town for tacos…but that taco bell sucks too…Honestly if your in Athens for tacos go anywhere else

We’ve had better service consistently during the day shift than night. I’d suggest ordering ahead on the Taco Bell app if you’re getting a modified order, but you also get points for things you’re buying any way and those points turn into free menu items.
