They were unable to take our order because they were in the middle of a “shift change” consisting of the entire crew smoking weed at the back door 10 feet from the drive-thru. If you’re gonna lie, at least be believable.

I went through the drive through at Taco Bell around 4:30pm & ordered my food the employee Niesha was very rude, disrespectful with a horrible attitude as I was placing my order, when I pulled up to the window she snatched my card & practically almost threw my food at me. Worst taco bell experience ever. My boyfriend and I tried multiple times to order the 5$ limited time cravings box listed on the menu. The person I spoke too was incredibly rude and short often taking 30 seconds to respond and loudly shouting “WE DONT HAVE ANY 5$ CRAVINGS BOXES”. I instead ordered their deluxe chalupa boxes since I couldn’t order my preferred menu item. The wait was in excess of 30 minutes and every food item served had problems. The cheese cup for the nachos had less than a cm layer of cheese contained. The tacos were broken and almost 90% lettuce. The chalupa were also entirely lettuce and some parts had literally no meat. The burrito was blackened on each side and the taste was awful. The only thing they couldn’t mess up was the tiny bag of chips. Will never shop here again and will be reporting to corporate.

In the past 4 years I don’t think I’ve ever been there at a time when the Taco Bell part of the store was actually operational. Last time we tried to get KFC I ordered fries. First the employee told me the fries were out, and only after my surprised and bewildered response did they change their tone and said, I quote “oh, I guess I can hook you up and throw some in the fryer”, as if they were doing me a favor.

Avoid this place. They are racists and nasty to deal with. The manager and her cashier are rude as hell. Wait forever for our food and it’s wrong because the lazy girl taking orders didn’t listen. Tell my kid you have no chips and cheese but you sell a nachos bell grande to someone who is after us because they are the same color as you. Witnessed this awful staff make fun of a group of Spanish people because they didn’t speak English very well. Making fun of them to their face was so inhuman. This place is always rude and food is below tolerable. I don’t understand how this nasty place is still in business. Will never be back. Not that they care because I’m just a white girl and they made it clear.
