Today I order online with Taco Bell. I drove over to get it and as I’m having problems with my driver’s window right now I went inside to pick up the order. Where I was told that I could not get my order inside that I had to drive around. Because they were too short staffed . Then I was told that you can open your door to get my order through the window. Then the manager stepped in and said I’ll get your order for you he gave me my cups to get my drinks and as I come back around the to the counter he was standing with his arms crossed. I’m sorry I’ve had to rant but I’ve been in customer service since 1976 and I know how people are supposed to be treated and this was not the way. Rant over thank you for listening.

This isn’t my usual taco bell and there’s never been another taco bell that half as good as the one I go to off Cleveland highway but today this crew outdid my main stop by a long shot. Mainly the tall gentleman running the cash register. He went out of his way to let me know where each burrito was located in my bag. The professionalism with the other employees was top notch and the food was perfect. Sometimes I’ve noticed some stores will have their beef temp way too high but not this one. Store was immaculate and even tho it’s raining horribly, there wasn’t a drop of water on the floor. Definitely a happy high moral set of employees who are focused on making the guest have a memorable experience but not at the cost of giving stuff away, rather just by being some awesome badazzes. This is properly a review for the taco Bell near the interstate with the tiny parking lot. Service was amazing. The food was also amazing and looked like it came right off the menu. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in years. Yes the parking lot is very cramped and I don’t recommend the drive thru as you cannot leave until the people in front of you have left. But if you park in the other parking lot it’s barely a step over some small river stones to walk to Taco Bell. The food is well worth it.

Will never eat Taco Bell again! Very disappointed in todays visit! Not only was my total over $30 but they got my order completely wrong, gave me 4 extra tacos that I did not order and charged me for them. Did not give me a receipt either! The lady taking my order could not understand English very clearly so I assume this is why it was so wrong. I haven’t had Taco Bell in several months due to it not being the best and overpriced. Decided to give them another try today and well, won’t be back!

They barely put their mystery meat in anything anymore. If you want a lettuce taco, this is the place for you. Got a crunchwrap, and it was so thin I didn’t think it had anything in it, but surprise, it had lettuce and sour cream.

1pm on a Monday and doors are locked and dining area closed for no apparent reason. Went thru drive thru instead. 2 stars because they got our order correct, – 1.5 star for dining area closed during lunch, -1.5 stars for our food being made incredibly small. Soft tacos had barely anything in them and were rolled up the size of a taquito; quesadilla very scarcely filled with meat. Felt ripped off… :/

hi! as a taco bell worker i just wanted to come on & say if we are out of products it is not our faults . we make food in advanced but sometimes the larger orders take up more . or our truck doesn’t deliver everything we need so we run out. as far as us closing our lobby closes at 10 & it says that online & on the door. sometimes it’ll close sooner due to no staff. if we are slow it is because we are holding on something or there is an issue with our systems also not our faults. & we always tell the people at the speaker what we are out of. we right it on lists & put it in front of our faces like scripts . i hear y’all’s complaints & we are sorry our managers try there best. & the employees who weren’t doing there best have been dealt with. sometimes it just really isn’t our fault. i love my store & i wouldn’t want to work for anywhere else. & if you have a rude employee who was not helpful or anything you can call & report the employee.
