If I could give zero stars, I would. Just drive to the Russell pkwy location so you can get good food.

By God, the BEST Taco Bell ever. Find out all the girls that worked the morning of 3/21/2023 at 10:50 A.M. & give them a RAISE!!!! THE CLEANEST, most 5 star customer service I’ve ever had from Taco Bell.

Ordered online and picked it up. The order was wrong, drive all the way back to have it remade and it was still all wrong. I understand it gets busy and this and that and I have worked fast food myself but seriously? I even tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail, I refuse to go up there for the 3rd time.

It’s Taco Bell, so cheap fast food. I’ve had to ask for my receipt the last 2 times I went. You never quite know what will be in the bag when you open it, but they’re not the most inconsistent Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Customer care and service were exceptional! New kiosk is impersonal, we almost left because of it, an associate noticed and immediately took our order and in doing so, retained our loyalty to the brand. Food was hot, delicious and served with a smile. Kudos to the Manager and team for their great work!

It was great. Very clean and the staff was very professional. I had a problem with part of my order and they immediately took care of it without any qualms. It was greatly appreciated.

I went through the drive thru today at about 1130 or so and the two ladies working the window we SO nice and the food was really fresh. Thank you for being so nice to my daughter, too! As long as these ladies are there, I recommend this location 10/10.

Food was great as always, but when we walked in (1 other customer in the room) and the worker (4 total that I could see) tells me… once you know what you want, order on the kiosk behind you. I ask, do I have to, and she says yes or it’ll be a long wait (1 guy inside, 3 cars in the drive thru, not rush hour). I wait… not long, 2 minutes, and the nicest female employee comes and takes our order (2 young boys and me). I guess the issue is, no welcome to TacoBell, no we’ll be right with you, just felt like an order to leave them alone and go take care of yourself. I’ve worked in customer service for years, I enjoy the interaction, and honestly, there’s a better chance of me messing up my order at the kiosk (scrolling for 3-4 minutes) then by having a 45 second dialog with one of their “customer service” representatives. I understand the difficulties finding workers who want to work, but at certain facilities, in still hoping for some consistency at places I love, like Taco Bell.
