Wow!!! We will not be going back to this Taco Bell. We spent $65 in this drive thru and then half of our order was not in the bag or wrong. We literally got soft tacos with no meat. The quesadillas were not even cut and we were missing multiple things out of our order. Save your self time and money and don’t go! How hard is it to read a screen and put it in the bag. How do you make a soft taco and put no meat!!???

Complete and utter place of garbage. Order food that cost over $50 just for most of it to look exactly like below. If you don’t enjoy job or care about your customers then that’s fine but find another job. I’m a GM of a fast food place in Savannah and I’d be appalled and livid if a customer got served this.

When a purchase is made for 3 crunchy supreme tacos that is what you should get. Took them back and made them soft supreme tacos and returned those. Then the manager Anthony said he wasn’t making them over. This was on July 18th and the girl that was working around lunchtime with him needs to learn how to talk to customers

Terrible, I went in the drive through and had an issue with my Bean burrito, no big deal. I went inside and the place looked like a bomb zone with caution tape, and the people remaking my burrito was talking loud about my food and made me feel like I did something wrong. I was very uncomfortable. When I re opened my burrito I believe it was the same one, with way too much sauce on it. My complaint was that I just wanted easy beans. The person excentually just sort of tossed the bag on the table and did not say anything. Very unprofessional, and if this is the Taco Bell standard, I will never visit this establishment again. Terrible!!!

They milk the clock on customer time. every time I try to go there at night they do one order and they won’t talk to you they’ll do 1 order every 5 to 10 minutes. They don’t work. I’ll see them talking to each other the kitchen .They do 7 orders an hour like they’re rolling 20 t Tacos per order. They’re not. They’re not working. They’re milk on the clock trying to do as little as possible. While they know they have a continuous line outside. I’ve never seen fast food this Neglected. If I was the owner Or the manager I would be very upset at the lack of carrying towards meeting any standard of service.

This place is the epitome of hell. The restaurant stinks when you come inside, the kids that work there never acknowledge you, wait times on orders when the lobby is closed is absurd. Dine in wait is almost as bad. They just need to shut this location down if they can’t get employees to actually clean and quit having dance contests in the back. I will drive out of my way to go to Port Wentworth. It’s a much better experience, even though it’s sub par also.

My son had an order messed up and I contacted management regarding that order, They allowed me to pick up the replacement order for him and fixed it perfectly for him. He was happy, I was happy and the staff was attentive and helpful and resolved the issue with no questions asked. It’s management like that and team players like that, that keep customers coming back. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!
