Listen I didn’t know where to start off but this taco bell isn’t what it used to be at all!!! My son & I came here about two days thinking we would get some food during late hours but we get to the speaker & was on hold for so long until we were greeted by a Marques, who handled us with the best service I could ask for, the only problem is it seemed like he kept having to apologize to us because they lacked a few items that we initially came for. But the young man recommended something for us and I have to say both my son & me will be back only if there are great people like that guy.

The best taco bell in Valdosta. Manager and staff took the time to find my lost order. They are very hard working and deserve HIGHER WAGES.

I put in a mobile order as we were pulling in, I knew it would take a few minutes to be ready, being that we just put the order in and they seemed to be getting a little busy. So we just sat down to wait on our food patiently. About 5 or ten minutes go by, the cashier was talking to an employee from the kitchen and walked out to us and asked what the name was on the order. She walked back to the kitchen and was talking to the same employee. That employee from the kitchen area, started yelling across the lobby at me, “you should tell us you are here” I told her that we had just put the order in. She and a couple of the other kitchen employees proceeded to tell me that I need to tell them that I am there to pick up an order. (I was watching them make our food, so I knew it wasn’t ready.) The argument went back and forth for a minute, while we were waiting on them to finish our order. They continued to say things like “that’s okay, if their food is cold next time, it’s their fault.” This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. They are rude, unprofessional and definitely don’t need a job in customer/food service if this is how they are going to behave. Judging by the other more recent reviews, this seems to be a trend with the daytime employees.

We went from the Taco Bell on Bemiss road where we didn’t get our food there so we went to this one. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while people were behind the counter working walked around not one single person ever came to help us. Taco bell need to retain their employees. Ended up going to Firehouse subs.

Fast Break
I have been going this tacobell almost every night. Last 4 times I went they don’t have half of the stuff. And I nice thing is there grill is not working. When I told manager that how come your grill doesn’t work every day. She is like they might give us refurbished one. Plus she doesn’t have guacamole, plus no pizza. I mean if they don’t want to serve me it’s fine. I don’t waste my time going there. And they all know me as triple grilled. And they don’t like when I am pointing out the stuff they didn’t do it right. I am a business man my self( not bragging about it). But customers comes first. If you can’t take care of customers than how would you run a business. I literally can buy all tacobells in the town and give better customer service than what I get now.

I came around 8 for breakfast, every person in line pulled off because no one at the speaker was replying(cars in the parking lot). So I left and came back 10:30, still no one. They should really change there employees, to at least put a note or saying why they can’t serve. It’s fast food, should be fast service. I tried twice and still nothing. 04/23/23.

Thanks for being open late. Stopped by and ordered my favorite $5.00 craving box. Never disappoint. I enjoyed my soft taco, chalupa, beefy burritto, and cinnamon twist. The Drive-Thru staff was amazing. Taco Bell Ashley Street Rocks!

Looking over these comments and I see the pattern. One girl , ignored me for 5 minutes then Realized I was door dash and ignored me. The entire time while talking bad about what I presumed was the drive through customers because the store was empty. Had an attitude and was aggressive , told me I was door dash , she could talk to me how she wanted . In my 20 years of retail management , had it been up to me I would have fired this girl on the spot. Door dash drivers are customers as well and I will not enter this Taco Bell ever again. I reported this to corporate so we will see if anything happens but I am sure the cameras can and will show what I reported . Anyone I know will be told to avoid this store. . Rudest person I have encountered in the longest time. When asked who was the general manager , she wouldn’t give it. Horrible service

Went to taco bell on North Ashley street and had a big order, I was speaking with the sweetest gentleman in the window… Which he must be new to that store because I’ve never seen him until now but he was giving me great customer service when I overheard the manager talking to him so rude and aggressively, I feel sorry for that young man Marquis, I hope I spelled it correctly but he deserves a better team to work with
