I am traveling through went to your drive thru and they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I decided to go inside and my order was placed on your kiosk. The staff never acknowledged us inside and all you could hear them talking about was unprofessional. Your staff walked out the back and never washed her hand as she touched her face. They play on the phones. Lobby is dirty

Would not recommend. The meat they have there comes out a big bag. I’m not even sure it’s real meat. It comes frozen and they thaw it out in warm water. All I know is every time I’ve ever ate there regardless of what I got I got the Hershey squirts and severe abdominal pain.0 stars is what they should get.

Pulled up to the window, and the employee said welcome to taco bell, how are you? I said, I’m doing well, how are you? She said, ummmmmmm. Silence for about 5 seconds. You can go ahead with your order I guess. Then they took my order, we pulled up and paid, and she told us to pull around to the opposite side of the building (not up a ways for them to bring it out). As we parked on the opposite of the building there are other cars waiting for their food, and other cars continued parking after us waiting for their food. After about 10 minutes, the cashier came out with a big, looking incredibly confused. She approached 2 other cars before walking up to ours to ask if we had even ordered yet. When we told her our order she said, oh this is yours.

By far the worst taco bell I’ve ever seen. I ordered soft taco. Had a tsp of meat and brown lettuce. Lol got charged for soft taco Supreme. What I ordered. No costumer service. Very rude people. You pay full price. And get 25 cent worth of food. I ordered a # 2 and grandson ordered a # 6 . We both got the same thing. Shut the place down!!! Go to a real taco bell in valdosta

It’s only 12 o’clock noon,and the manager wouldn’t let my family in. She said when some people come out more could come in. People came out and she still did not allow my family to nor a couple others family to come in. So majority left. I get she may have been busy. But to be so rude,and lock the door. i drove in here after working an open to close shift, so i was beyond starving, tired & burnt out. i consistently come here after work because it’s the only open restaurant i pass on my way home at almost 1am. i’m tired, i try not to go out of my way if i don’t need. so i frequent here a lot, and almost every experience is terrible. Missing items, rude staff, lazy staff. i say lazy because i pulled up not to much before 1am, yes i understand closing is at 2, but if i can take a entire table & give impeccable service 15 minutes before closing after working a 14 hour shift, i expect the same treatment from a fast food service member for the 3 minutes they have to see my face over an hour before closing. i asked for Nacho Fries, they didn’t want to drop them so i couldn’t have that, same with cinnabons, i asked for 12 but they only had 6 because they didn’t want to cook more, & i accepted them thinking it would be fine. turns out i wasted my money because they were cold! i asked for a drink, watched the person at the window look at the drink machine that was already disassembled, turn around to speak to someone, then rudely hand me my food & sent me on my way. every other time i come, i’m told to drive around to the front where i sit for 30-45 minutes to receive cold food. i’m not gonna fight with someone about a soda, because i’m exhausted & have no energy, but i damn sure hope people take the time to read this & save themselves an awful experience. cooperate needs to send some people for a few weeks to make this place even worth being open, because this is all wrong, everyday, every visit, time & time again. i get having rough days & tired employees, but are they really worth keeping if they make people want to avoid the restaurant altogether?
