I’ve visited this location before and decided to go through the drive thru. No one acknowledged the car before me and I backed out of the drive thru and went inside. The kiosk did not work for me and I had to order from the counter. Stood there over five minutes before the young lady came up to take my order. No personality at all. She didn’t give me my receipt. Took my order, gave me my freeze, and left. I asked the young man who brought me my order to give me my receipt. My family did enjoy the food.

Ended up leaving the inside after waiting over 7 min with absolutely any service. No one in the drive thru. Not one of the employees had interest or common sense to know that when your guest stands in front of the register, they are ready to order. No one said a thing. Everyone was standing around talking to their partners and looking utterly undisturbed at the fact that the folks at the front counter were there to order.. Everyone just looked at us. No one would take our order. I looked at my husband and the both of us understood quickly that we would not be receiving service no matter how long we stood there. This was clearly a true race issue. I hope that the Taco Bell Restaurant Industry can move past any race issues and treat everyone with respect and dignity. I would never want anyone to feel the degradation and embarrassment that my husband and I both felt tonight. God Bless all of the employees working around 830 tonight at the Taco Bell on Airport Rd. The cooks if you want to call them that, don’t know what no sour cream means, and to put it on the side!!! And then they charged me for the sour cream that I didn’t want on the taco and they charged me for the three blended cheeses which l never heard of , on my two soft shredded chicken tacos. They charged me for that too. The taco pizza was a mess. The bag it came in have seen better days. And when l called back they wouldn’t answer the phone. They should have gotten a zero stars, but you have to rate them to leave a opinion.

I purchased group meals to feed 40 people, at a major retail, for Cinco De Mayo. After their was a misunderstanding on the order, it’ was taken care of at the end. The food was the best tasting of any other Taco Bell’s we ever had.

I ordered soft tacos for my grandson because he has braces and can’t eat the hard shell tacos. What did I get in my bag? HARD SHELLS! I also ordered cinnamon bites. A complete order is only 2? What the hell? If I did not live so far away, I would come throw that ish back in their faces. I have a family of finicky eaters. Now I have to listen to the whining and see the tears.

This place is good sometimes and bad other times. I never get food that is consistent. I didn’t get a receipt to call with, so here goes. The quesadilla meal I spent $8.20 on isn’t even cooked. It’s still cold. That’s why my review is the way it is.
