Paid extra for guac on my nachos and they gave me a DROP of guac lol. And who I’m assuming is the manager, spent the whole time yelling at her employees. Impossible to get personal service for multiple of us waiting in line for wrong orders. And no Napkins

The service was outstanding there’s a young man by the name of Brandon I do believe who was very kind patient helpful and understanding I truly appreciate him and the rest of the staff at the Buena Vista Road Taco Bell Columbus Georgia the new dipping tacos were great I really fell in love with the drink I know that’s kind of crazy to say but I don’t go to Taco Bell. I checked my food after pulling off and my chicken chalupa was cold, my Crunchwrap was burnt and barely any beef with no sour cream what so ever, my seasoned fries was cold and they didn’t put in my nacho cheese. Then we got our food re made and they literally gave me a table spoon of my extra beef that I ordered. After all that they continued to serve me attitude but all I wanted was my food made like I’m a human and not a dog

Just wanted to share the awful food served at the Buena Vista road store this was today’s crunch wrap Supreme nothing really Supreme about it tho no meat.. 6 months ago I got a taco that was ice cold the cheese didn’t melt and even the juices were still solid that the hard shell was dry on the bottom and thats not normal. DONT EAT HERE aside from.them making you back.jp to trick the drive through timer its all bad management . Eat literally anywhere else on the road . Zaxbys McDonald’s BK churches you have options and they are all better then TACO HELL.

I would give them a 0 if possible!!! You need to check your bag every time because lots of times something is missing!!! Also, why do you need to pull back after you have paid? Just to top everything off!!! I went yesterday and they gave me some expired coupon for a free taco?!?! For some odd reason they said they can’t take any orders!!

Taco Bell if y’all see this, then your wondering why this establishment is getting a one star. I am a Columbus resident even though I am currently trucking and waiting for my next load, I decided to run over by Taco Bell on Buena Vista because I know y’all never fail on your breakfast and lunch times. I walked inside and asked the employee I had made a mobile order before coming to the restaurant because I had to return to work, here the employee is walking past the register with her phone and she spoke rudely of me “What did you order?!” I told her my name that I was picking up two bacon breakfast burritos and a coffee. They told me the food will be ready in a few, and so I sat waiting for a few minutes. Both employees going back and forth about christmas things and whatever and I can understand folks can have a conversation, but please focus on having the job done. Then after the food was done, they handed the food I ordered on the counter with no coffee. I asked the employee that I had ordered coffee as well with the burritos, and she rudely told me that they coffee machine was down or whatever she said. I asked can y’all substitute that with a regular drink instead and they thankfully gave me a cup of ice so I can get a drink. From the point that I entered the establishment to the end where I left, I was in disbelief with the service I received. If I work at Taco Bell, I would leave a positive attitude towards the customer, the staff, and everyone. If something is broken or if the service is poorly, I would notify the customer and let them know about the issue of the restaurant instead of being rude and disrespectful. Again, Taco Bell, I love your food everything over the years especially when y’all introduced the Locos Dorittos Tacos and the Mountain Dew Baja Blast, can y’all please figure out the staffing as well as the service. I was wanting not to be ugly and cause a commotion to the staff for be rude, I just wanted a fast and friendly service to be done in-and-out. Thank you and sorry for the bad review.

They forget stuff every other order. If you call them about it asking for some sort of resolution, they will ask you to come back up there which only further inconveniences the customer. They’ve also given me the wrong burrito multiple times. Including this most recent visit where they forgot part of my order and gave me the wrong burrito. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a review but I’m tired of the half a** service. The first time? Sure it happens. Second time? Annoying, but it’s fine. 3-10th time? You’re fed up.
