The person who took our order seems completely oblivious to everything around. We ordered an item menu and had to look at the board to see what it was. He said there was not a button for that but would get it figured out. Got our food and it was not what we ordered. The kitchen went to remake it and was still wrong. Brought it back again and finally got it right. Seen the kitchen rewrap the food I sent back and put it in a bag for another customer. Sorry to whoever got the chicken cheesy gordita crunch.

Food is great compared to other Taco Bell’s. The other times I’ve came through the drive thru the customer service has been excellent, but this most recent time not so much. One serious issue I had was getting my change. I was supposed to get $5 even back, which I did, but not in the usual way. Upon receiving my bag of food, I asked about my change, and received a rather rude “it’s in the bag”, like I was supposed to just know this. Well never in my life have a received change back in this way, for obvious reasons but let’s just say I don’t want money in the same bag as my food. That’s disgusting. If this girl is giving everybody their change this way then someone needs to train her how to give change.

Went after a hospital visit last night just to be rudely rushed through ordering and then they gave me the wrong order. Gave me 2 different stories on why. Then finally fixed it and told me they gave me an employees lunch. That wouldnt have happened if there werent a whole group of employees standing visibly right behind the counter talking instead of working. And when they pulled me around to wait i could still see them all standing there laughing. Ridiculous. I deleted my good review about candy because i didnt see her there now the place is a sh^t show!!
