I’ve been here twice in two weeks. I haven’t had not one mess-up in my order. I am grateful for the options they have. The only thing that’s not a big deal is the Ice Coffee I keep ordering online. I hope to one day get to try the coffee here whenever the machine is fixed. I am not taking a star away just cause you don’t have coffee for me. I am happy to say my Power bowls have always been great when I drive-thru with an online order. Also thank you for being so nice to me at the drive-thru window! Thank ya’ll for taking care of me with my Keto/Low carb lifestyle. Below is both my meals for the two times I’ve been here today and last week. Yum-yum!

Drive thru service was slow, but I’ve seen way slower in Live Oak, Fl. Food was great, hot and fresh. Tasted the way a Taco Bell should and food looked like the food in a commercial.

Came in after midnight cause our car broke down in the area and the staff seemed overwhelmed and they were out of most of what we wanted. However, they were super accommodating and very nice. Made the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Could have been a disaster but they turned it into a great night and we’re very friendly and fast. Honestly can’t think of a better experience I’ve had especially after a bad night

I spent 32 dollars and when i got home i only had 4 pieces of tomatoes and like 5 strands of lettuce and then to top it off my crunch wrap was a soggy wrap. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me that the portions i got sounded about right she also told me that her general manager was upset with them because of the portions they were giving out but that she would talk to her crew and coach them on the correct portions and then had the nerve to thank me for bring it to her attention… I spent 32 dollars there for nothing. I will never eat there again and i buy food from there about 2 times a week if not more never again

Drive thru very slow. They didnt offer a receipt and couldn’t figure out how to print my receipt. Went back later to take home some because the food was good. Drive thru was even slower. Same kids on the window. It took asking 3 times for a glass of water. Water at window drink station didn’t work so someone had to go out in the seating area for it. When we received our food the young girl was on the phone telling someone they weren’t doing anything wrong..just slammed. Presumably a supervisor. She handed me the bag and shut the window and continued on the phone without getting the water When we looked at our food, it was totally different than what we ordered but we did not sit in line again for them to possibly mess the order up again. Totally dissatisfied with this store and won’t return. The young crew definitely needs more training!!

Door hours say they close at 12midnight. At 10:30pm there were 4 kids inside standing around talking and one kid outside on his phone. No one answered at drive-thru, so drove around and asked phone kid if they were closed? He said yes and just stared at us….can’t say I’m surprised.
