$8 for some old, overcooked, barely warm wings. Say what you will about Taco Bell wings, but they are good when fresh. These wings were so small, and so burnt, that even when picking the burnt skin off to get to the meat itself, the meat was hard and see-through (see last photo) because it was so old and over cooked. I came here at 12:05pm. Lunchtime. These wings should have been fresh, and they have to have been from lastnight…or older. I can’t believe whoever put these in the box even let that go out to a customer.

Decided to place my order instead of using the app because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I couldn’t have made a better choice. My order was taken immediately and I barely had time to sit down before it was ready. I don’t think I was in the store more than 3 minutes. My food was hot and tasty when I got home.

The gentleman that took our order was very nice, well spoken and well mannered. I wish I would’ve caught his name. The food was prepared a lot better than many taco bells in the area. Well stocked and clean inside. Now if only the area it is located didn’t feel so sketchy.

Normally I don’t really have any complaints about Taco Bell. The staff is very friendly and my order is usually correct and tastes great. That being said on Wednesday the 18th I stopped by for the Mexican pizza. I was very excited it is back but when I opened it at home this is what it looked like. Super disappointed! I had to eat it with a spoon it was such a mess. I post this not for a coupon or anything like that, I just hope that next time I stop by my Mexican pizza looks more like the advertisement and less like it’s been run over by a truck.

The staff here is so rude. I had a customized order and the staff got it wrong. They asked my mother to pull forward. So my mother sent me into Taco Bell. I waited for about 2 mins and one employee said can someone help the lady at the front? The 2nd employee came and said can I help you. I informed her what needed to be fixed she said ok. As she was going to fix the food, I assume the manager came and said didn’t we tell you to come in what’s the problem. And snatched the incorrect food from the employee. I told the lady to not even worry about may I please have a refund because I no longer want the food. Which she said she cannot give a refund. Worse service I have had in a long time.

I stop here from time to time on my way home from work. I’ve stopped a lot less lately unless I have a reward because their prices on some of their items are over double what other local TB charges. The purple hair lady I assume is the manager, has the personality of a brick wall. She is a whole vibe…of negativity, every time I go. Not a fan. They mess my orders up frequently also. Go to Fleming island TB instead.

Absolutely worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Ordered 4 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos and after waiting 15/20 minutes to receive my order, when get home I have meat in it the size of the sauce packet. Added lettuce for $1.20 and only 2 had some. Are you kidding me!? All for
