The good: the drive through got my order right and got my food to me quickly. The bad is that I received the smallest soft tacos I’ve ever see from any Taco Bell location. One of my pictures shows a soft taco I got next to a hot sauce packet and the taco is barely twice as big. That’s pretty wild. Anyway, the parking lot is clean (although it had rained earlier in the day, so it was kinda flooded; they should get that drainage issue resolved) and the exterior looks modern.

If at all possible I’d rate this place 0 stars. My husband and I swung into an empty parking lot, walked inside and placed our order via the kiosk. When waiting to pay at the register we noticed everyone in the back was standing around playing on their phones, I spoke up to get someone’s attention and was ignored. Once we we’re able to finally pay and get our food we opted to not dine in and left because our shoes were literally getting stuck to the floor and nothing was stocked in the dining area. Not even making it out of the parking lot we realized our food was cold. Neither of us wanted to go back in and deal with the BS, we just went home to heat up our food. I wasn’t going to write this review, that is until I pulled out a long hair from my quesadilla as I was eating. At that point we just threw everything away. Worst experience ever. We will never be going back to this location again.

No tomatos / soft tacos were weak. I ordered the combo, which comes supreme they didnt make it supreme. The mexican pizza shells tasted of nasty chemical the fryer oil never being changed. This is sorry for an excuse for a Taco Bell

Around 10pm Wednesday night, I ordered the number 6, the chalupa supremes but with steak, and soft taco supreme instead of the hard taco and this is what I got. I ate half of one cause I just got off work and was super hungry, but stopped halfway because it just is not good at all.

I have a disability and every drive thru I’ve gone through has been understanding and will do mobile and drive thru orders through the drive thru. Except this one. I informed them why could not come inside and they just kept repeating “you’re gonna have to come inside”. I had to cancel my order. Someone needs to check the reviews of this Taco Bell. The service is apparently already terrible but now they have employees violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Went through the drive thru ordered my food. Paid for it and then ended up getting the wrong order. Drove around to the front mind you the dinning room was already closed so i had to walk around to the window was told they knew my order i didn’t need my receipt by the cashier but then was told by a manager i needed it. Went back to my car got the receipt as I’m waiting for my food which took forever i watched as they messed up six other orders after me. I definitely will not suggest to order dinner from here because the night shift definitely doesn’t seem to care about their job. Or customer satisfaction. I did end up getting coupons for seven free tacos but honestly after waiting so long for my food to be remade all i wanted was my money back.

Service was not good. I got chips and cheese and only got about 5 chips and when we asked the girl working the register if we could get some more, she insisted that we pay for it. Ordered a crunch wrap that only had lettuce and sour cream on the inside when we opened it. Young lady working at the register provided very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Came in for a quick bite to eat and was immediately greeted with the girl at the register yelling at her manager because she had forgotten to stock the sauces. Also, they were out of Fire Sauce until a manager retrieved it. The register girl was a bit abrasive with everyone in line. The places was pretty dirty from the tables, the floors, the drink machine, and especially the restroom. The food was adequate and for Taco Bell standards, I have no complaints. Just overall the experience was not particularly pleasant

Workers are great, absolutely love them but the drive thru speaker is borderline broken. I can barely hear the worker. I guess they refuse to fix the issues because me and other customers have been reporting this issue to management for weeks without the problem being solved.
