I put in a mobile order and PAID in advance before we arrived at the drive thru. Followed instructions on the app… got in drive thru line. When it was our turn we told them we had a mobile order. The person said she didn’t have it yet; that it would take about 5-10 minutes to show up and for us to go back around. We told her we’d be back in a few minutes. We went next door to order food from Popeyes for hubby. Hubby walked back over AFTER getting his order from Popeyes and he said they told him since we didn’t get back in the drive thru line they didn’t put our order through because they didn’t know if we were coming back. First of all, we PAID for it in advance. Second, we told them we were coming right back.

I decided to go inside to place my order instead of going through the drive through. That was a mistake! I was the only person in the dining room. I think they made all the orders from the drive through before mine. On the upside the food was good.

Order was wrong, nobody at the front and had to shout several times to get someone to come up front to give us our drink cups. Got small regular soft tacos instead of supreme tacos. Just a bad experience all the way.

BEST TACO BELL EVER. I’m from Tampa and have been to 100s of Taco Bell’s. By far the best service, not sure of the guy who served me, but large black guy who’d did a great job, the white guy sucks. This place has been getting worse. The service has gotten slower and slower and the food is getting worse. They barely put meat in anything and when you ask for no lettuce they completely ignore that since that’s all they fill it with. Apparently this is what you call a cheesy gordita crunch at this place [see photo]. Pathetic, it is apparent just from recent reviews of this place many people have taken notice.
