We pulled up and ordered four different meals and they put everything into one large bag. When I asked them if they could separate it, they acted as if it was a big deal to have to do some thing like that, and they offered to hand me bags, so that I could separate it myself! We told them just to go ahead and give us our food. If we are going to have to do their job that we were just go ahead and take it as it was. Sure enough we got all the way to the house and got ready to eat and realize that they didn’t give us our whole order so now we are home did not get our whole order and it was mainly because of lazy employees who don’t want to do their job correct when they are doing it. If you’re not happy where you work, find another job!

Ordered #6 chalipa w beef. I didn’t get receipt, the food was cold. I don’t eat hot so for me to say it was cold it was as cold as the sauce, shredded cheese, and salads they add. I was so grossed out of eating one that I decided to go back in to exchange to get rude and hostile looks for complaining. Then given what I saw he, the manager, opened and switched something and the wrap was full of cream which I got all over my hand. Like, here and get out type of attitude. Thanks for the welcome to a new resident in the area that won’t be visiting any time soon. Disappointed for sure. Remember, customers are who keep you employed just like me at my place of employment. I went to taco bell because I hadn’t had it in a while just to be disappointed once again. I had went before work and I placed. A mobile order and of course they messed it up. I should’ve checked it before I left but I was in a rush. They gave me the wrong burrito .. and taco. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again the following week. Same thing and gave me a complete different mobile order. I was upset. And may I add I was In line for like 40 minutes.. they were taking forever to give out the orders. They are prob with short staffed or something !! But still Taco Bell do better!! I love Taco Bell but y’all have been messing up a lot Latley :/

The store has a leak in the ceiling that’s been like that for a while and they can fix it according to an employee who was complaining about clean up the water while she couldn’t even Acknowledge the fact o was there. One (1) out of three (3) people maybe four (4), acknowledged I was there, and the rest just looked at me like what do you want. Very rude and unsanitary

Took about 20 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru. The employees can’t seem to stop socializing with each other. The tea tasted like dish water, and I’ve been here 3 different times and my order hasn’t been right once. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

I pulled up to drive up window order my lunch. Then notice a sign that said happy hours 2 to 5 med drink $1. So I ordered. It came up 1.59..so I said something. She said no we don’t honor that. So why the hell you have the sign up…poor business. Take the sign down then.
