This location never fails at not giving you all of the food you pay for. You wait 20 minutes for your food for some of it to be soggy and cold. Did I mention the disgusting smell right before you pull up to the window and at the window. I have tried this location, a few times over the last few years, with hopes that maybe it was just bad staffing (with the screw up of not giving me all of the food and it being cold, etc.) and I have been disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

1 the lady at the drive thru was so rude. 2 there was a hair on my taco 3 my taco was cold and barely had meat on it. I’m from out of town on vacation and was so excited to have Taco Bell. Worst Taco Bell store ever.

The place looks better since the parking lot got fixed, unfortunately the drive-through still has liquid garbage running through it, causing a stench at the drive-through window. The hard tacos smelled burnt or old… maybe both?

I don’t eat at taco bell like I use to because it is way too expensive, but this taco bell is top notch. Mexican pizza and taco supreme was loaded with toppings like there supposed to be. Well done!!

The food is always great but my wait today was 15 minutes just for Taco Bell order. It seemed that they were more interested in making the KFC food then my food. Several people came in got their food and left before they could even start on my meal. There was even a customer that came in, waited, and got his food then on his way out made a comment about how long it was taking to get my food. It would have been faster for me to drive over to Normandy and got my food and come back. It’s not an ideal choice to go to this location if you have a 30 minute lunch.

I don’t know how taco bell is still in business! Mediocre food at best, Cleanliness of the restaurants are not the best( not kept up with and there is always stuff on the floors behind the counter)and literally the worst service in the food industry. They are the poster child for”WHAT NOT TO DO” in fast food. They need to restructure the business and retrain EVERYONE! I decided to go to the location close to JIA. I wanted something different so I came in to just give them a 4th try. I was on the phone with a client however I was watching people curse the employees out, the drive through was closed and for some reason and they still couldn’t get food expedited in a reasonable time. 38 minutes I waited before I asked for a refund. What’s sad is, this used to be a great cheap place to eat and they had great customer service. Every experience I have had at different taco bells has been horrendous over the last 3 years!

The three star rating is way too high. I understand this is fast food. I didn’t have high expectations, but how??? How do you make FRIED chicken that dry???! Honestly, if I weren’t so hungry, I’d have thrown it in the trash and left. It took all the fluid in my body being rushed to my saliva glands to moisten it enough to swallow!

Just got a party pack of tacos supreme. 4 crunchy, 8 soft. All the crunchy only had lettuce& cheese, not supreme. And all of the softs were missing sourcream. Just spent a ridiculous amount on an upcharge that would be worth it if I had all my toppings, but deff got ripped off. Jerks. Maybe the lady who took my card then walked over and sat down should’ve been helping the guy preparing my bag of food.
