Let me start off by saying that I hate writing bad reviews. But when you go somewhere and it’s bad 9 out of 10 times, I have to be honest. Almost every single time we go there they aren’t open until the close time or if they are open then they say they don’t have any food. If they do just happen to have food then the order was wrong. If I’m not mistaken, the last time we went out seemed like they had gotten a new manager or something and were trying a little bit harder. I really do hope so. I love tacobell so much and its so nice to have one on our town.

Horrible service. Acted like giving multiple sauce packets are a bother. Don’t offer sauce then and roll your eyes at me when we spent 50 bucks on some tacos. Fill your sauce bins, Napkins were empty. Ridiculous!

My son is 4 days out of surgery and we pulled into the parking lot towing another vehicle. The parking lot does not accomodate the vehicle we were in so we pulled up alongside the entrance for me to run in and get a drink. There was an employee in her car in the parking and started screaming racial slurs at us and screaming we need to go to the parking lot next door which you cannot park at another business your vehicle will be towed. She forced us to move from a handicapped parking area, my son is legally disabled. There were absolutely no other customers in the restaurant so our vehicle was not in any ones way. She also screamed I need to learn how to respect my elders

I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my food I ordered it inside electronically they would not take my order at the counter but their friends come in and they would holler their order to the back and they will get their food for free I seen this I took pictures if they keep doing this it will be just like the Wendy’s we had here in Perry long time ago it will be gone other than that the food was great

Dined-in yesterday around 12:05pm on Saturday, March 4th, 2023. Friendly & sweet employees. Food temperature was hot and food quality was great. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo with taco modifications (i.e. no tomatoes, easy lettuce) done correctly. Sweet tea was great! Added cinnamon twists were fresh. I usually like to go earlier in the day to any fast food restaurants. That’s usually when the best service is given.

I placed an order on the app as a guest, and wasn’t given a receipt. So I don’t even have a way to back anything up if, even if I wasn’t too mad and too tired to take the food back. Along with other things, Fiesta potatoes and 5 bean burritos without onions were on the order. There were no potatoes, we received 6 bean burritos with onions, and 2 burrito supremes. Additionally, on the order was 15 mild and 15 fire sauces. The only reason I received any sauces is that I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if sauces were in the bag. So now I’ve spent close to $40 for one complete meal, and to throw away most of it because it can’t be eaten. This is completely unacceptable.

This place has recently been struggling with B.S employee drama I suppose . Everytime you go they tell you something crazy like ” we can’t do that right now” or “it’s gonna be 20 minutes”. I have heard they are struggling with staff … Which is fine, close don’t just “turn off half the menu” or close 2 hours before the posted hours …. Tese 3 things have happened to me 4 times in a month and a half .

Need to improve better customer service…very poor … orders always had some kind of issues…customization of orders never gets what you order. It took them 20 mins to make 1 Mexican pizza and this happens most of the time. The hiring manager needs to hire an associate who wants to work and appreciates the customer who spends money on food. I hope one day it will improve.
