I went here and order the 3 taco supreme meal with a dr.pepper. She gave me 3 dollar tacos. So I ask her to please fix my order. She proceeded to walk to the back took 4 minutes and brought me back a tiny thing of sour cream and tomato’s. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this.

Worst Taco Bell EVER! Employees are rude. I was missing 5 items! How do you mistake 5 items? They made me wait 20 minutes in the drive through,the employees dig through my bag and smash my food, and I was still missing a chalupa and cheese for the chips. Then wanted to argue over the phone with me about my missing items! Finally get everything straightened out for all the food to be cold and soggy. Beyond disappointed

They have the worst customer service. We were coming from out of town and were very tired and hungry. They messed our order and missed two items for my kids who were very hungry. We had to turn around and go back to pick up food and get the items fixed. When i asked to get it refunded and have it fixed because it cost us the extra gas and another hour to eat, the manager,Carlos refused it and was very rude and was giving us hard time for refunding the money back for the messed up food. The drive through person was giving us a look and made us feel uncomfortable. This place always messes our food and we have to drive 20 mins to get the food.

Chalupas were hard. I’ve ordered the same meal from various Taco Bell locations for years and this is the first time that I received chalupas that were so hard I mistake them for crunchy tacos when reaching into the bag. I like chalupas because the shells are soft and fluffy but these were hard and dry. Don’t understand how they managed to bend them without breaking.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and the “manager” offered nothing except excuses. The vehicle in front of me had a large order. Instead of having that vehicle park and wait, they left me and 3 other orders hanging for 30 minutes. Oh and it took 15 minutes of waiting prior to ordering. Unacceptable.

I ordered a chalupa cravings box with all chicken instead of beef. I got t two chicken Chipotle wraps and two fire tacos. I got my box with chicken in The chalupa only. The girl said ” thats not what she heard” and called over her manager. The manager acted like he didn’t want to give me what I ordered. Nobody apologized and just had terrible attitudes,! like it was my fault or I was trying to get something for nothing. I can understand this type of attitude from a cashier but a manager is supposed to set a good example. This happened at 9pm Monday the 31th. I wouldn’t eat here again if the food was free. I believe in a living wage people like this give hard working professionals a bad name. Anyone wo wad there and was treated like that I was treated would probably be far less kind then me new management is needed then proper courses in customer service need to be made mandatory.

Nacho cheese fries, cinnabon bites, and chicken chalopa! Just be very careful! The nacho cheese burnt my child’s lip due to being extremely hot temperature wise. quick tip to cooling it off is set it in between your drinks in the drink carrier. Had same experience at beach taco bell as well. Honestly think for customer safety they should turn the temperature down on the cheese.

5/4/23 we ordered 3 of the spicy potato soft tacos we get our bag of food every single taco was just thrown in the bag came unfolded literally had to put the food back in the shell! This is ridiculous! If you can’t simply place food in the shell it goes in THE MOST SIMPLE THING TO DO then you definitely shouldn’t be expecting to make a higher hourly wage. Simply, DO BETTER.

3 times in the last 3 months they always forget something I ordered. First was cinnamon twist. Then it was a regular hard tacos and then 2 soft chicken tacos. Guys, if you can’t count how many items someone ordered, you can’t demand higher hourly wage.
