Placed an order via drive-thru @4:14pm for a box of 12 hardshell, supreme tacos for $33.32…. 15 mins later, the time it took to get home and *all* the taco shells were stuck to the paper surrounding each taco and busted open. Total mess & unacceptable for $33 worth of food to look like slop.

All items I’ve ordered have been great; breakfast and regular. I ordered on the app and the food is ready when I pick up. Sometimes there’s a short wait at breakfast, but it’s because they’re making the hash browns fresh 🙂

The staff were friendly and very helpful! Food was fast and warm. Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure and this was a great store to indulge that pleasure. Price is getting up there though. Everywhere is expensive. Very recommended!

Spent way too much money at this place for them to leave out food from my order the last FOUR times I have ordered here. When I ask to speak to the manager the associates tell me they are not willing to disclose the manager’s name or provide me with the store number. I insisted I requested this for a customer service review with their corporate office but they only tell me they’re not required and just get real rude and hang up. My advice is steer clear from an establishment not willing to be accountable for their mistakes.

I’m a vegetarian. This evening 5/15 I ordered a vegetarian deluxed box with a black bean grilled cheese burrito on the app for a friend to pick up. I took 3 bites before realizing there was beef in it…. I haven’t had beef in over 6 years now.

This is TWICE within 6 months, I have gotten food poisoning from this Taco Bell. There are some cleaning procedures clearly not being followed here. Nothing quite like spending $12 on a Taco Bell meal only to end up throwing it up at 3:40 in the morning. The hair in my chalupa should have been a red flag, but I kept eating after removing the hair. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 30+ years and this Taco Bell just put the nail in the coffin. Taco Bell is dead to me. You won’t fool me a third time.

Ordered 6 items, only received 5. 3 of the 5 items were wrong. Could not eat them! Husband had to go to work, so he could not take them back right away. If they’re not open tonight after he gets off, he’ll have to take them back tomorrow. Not happy!!!!!
