the past 4 or 5 times i’ve gotten food from here, there’s always something wrong with it. i’m either missing something or getting something completely different than what i ordered. on top of that, the multiple times i’ve gotten the chips and cheese or the nacho fries they’ve put them upside down in the bag which is absolutely ridiculous. it takes 2 seconds to put something in a bag upright. now, i work fast food so normally i wouldn’t cause a ruckus over mistakes because normally i would understand. but every single time i order? come on. what really pushed me over the edge to write this review is the taco i received. the taco itself was stale, hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. and on top of that there was literally no meat. we also ordered two volcano tacos and got one plain taco and didn’t even get the second one. it’s very obvious the workers here care very little about the quality of food they are serving.

Hey, I love the Taco Bell, but sometimes they mess it up a bit. I’m still going to go there. I just wish they had a little more pride in the work. Yes, it’s fast food and all that, but it’s still a job that’s not being done very well at times. ALSO COULD YALL PLEASE MARK THE DAMN FOOD SO I DONT HAVE TO OPEN THEM ALL UP TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE

Haven’t gone in about 8 years, but I have been craving the meximelt and although it’s discontinued they make it for me. Out of all the fast food restaurants here in Pace, they do have the best customer service. There is only one working that seems like she hates her job. Everyone else is nice and friendly.

I visited this location around 8:30 at night, and the location was packed. I waited over 15 mins for food and wasn’t happy as I had a long day and just wanted food and to go home. however, after ordering my food and receiving it at the window, destiny made my whole day. I ordered on the Mobile app ahead of time to pick up at drive through, I thought I put Pace FL and it was ready at Milton FL so the lady just had me show her my paid order and still had them make my breakfast order for me anyway. That was very nice of her!

I really enjoyed the food. It was fresh, tasty and hot. While waiting for my order I reviewed some previous reviews and am dismayed why owners, or management, not do something about slow service? It seems to be the only complaint….. my order took 9 minutes and 50 seconds and there was only one person ahead of me.

It’s certainly junk food, that you get a craving for sometimes. Like most fast food places, if you go in expecting a 60%-70% chance your order will be correct, you’ll be satisfied.

My partners food was great. 2 tacos and bacon chalupa was filled with all the right ingredients. My Crunchwrap Supreme they forgot to add the beef. All I had was a tortilla a tostada shell, lack of lettuce a little bit of cheese and VERY little tomato in it. My Doritos Locos Taco was okay… Great on lettuce of course. Skimpy on the meat and cheese. I don’t treat myself to fast food very often lately and this was supposed to be a treat. VERY VERY disappointed This Taco Bell has really gone down hill….. the ice machine didn’t work. we had to ask for ice each time we wanted to refill our iced tea. I watched customers get their fountain drink with no ice in it and just Shrugged their shoulders and sit down and have a fountain drink with no ice in it. The music was so loud, we could barely have a normal conversation.
