It’s clear that the negative reviews on here have not been addressed by the restaurant. I have been to this location numerous times, and each time gets a little worse. When you eat fast food in general, you don’t have high expectations. You at least hope the food is edible. I placed a mobile order and waited 19 minutes at the stop sign for them to bring my order out through their bunny trail in the front landscaping. Since I waited so long, I was thinking “maybe my food will be fresh”. Much to my surprise, the food was still soggy. I upgraded an item to add potatoes – no potatoes found. There was no meat in the crunchwrap, and the guacamole was sour. Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse, they proved me wrong again. I’ve ordered Doordash 3 times and all 3 times they mess my order up. First time they gave me the wrong drink. Second time they didn’t add sausage to my breakfast burrito. Today, they forgot the cheese! I honestly don’t understand what’s so difficult about reading and adding the basic ingredients that come with the order! The only time I went in to eat, there was no AC and it stunk of garbage!

Welll….not sure what to say..meat in the taco didn’t appear to have the usual flavor. Just tasted like plain ground beef. Mexican pizza was awful. 1 half was mostly beans. The other mostly bad meat. I love taco bell. But this could break me….

Disgraceful. I pulled up around 7:55pm tonight. One truck in front and a single car behind me. I start to order 1 family pack of tacos, which is 12 tacos.. employee then quickly states that they are not fulfilling “family packs” do to a short staff. I almost just ordered 4-5 meals, which is more complicated than basic tacos; however, I just drove around the drive through and left. This place is a joke.

Training on counting the total number of items that goes into the bag before getting to the customer is a simple task. If you fail in this simple task then you quickly get the item missed. Not letting the customer stand in the lobby for another 5 minutes while the food gets cold. Never again.

Poor management. Poor quality. Absolutely terrible. Need to fire managers and rehire new ones. Obviously they can not perform at a high enough level to perform job function. Taco bell fails at making tacos. Then they add a sticker to the hole in lid, leaving residue. Guess a call to the health department is due, cause if my food looks like this, I can only imagine how their back room looks. Learn to do your job. Absolutely pathetic.

We all know the lobby opens and closes just whenever it wants… I drive for door dash. I always use the drive-thru like I’ve done since day one. Today the so-called “general manager” told me I needed to drive around through traffic and come inside for a DoorDash order Don’t know how you got your management position but that’s not how you do that! I get that you’re trying to beat the clock and get some kind of “fast bonus” through the drive-thru. It’s pouring rain!!!!! That food can sit there and get cold before I get wet and drive through traffic to come inside on the one day of the month you want to open the lobby!

Got the Burito Supreme Combo with soft taco. No tomatoes or sour cream in the taco. Burrito was not made right. It was leaking so bad on both ends. Could not pick it up. It leaked thru the wrap and wet the bag, Just walking from counter to the table. Need training for sure.

2 cold pieces of flour sprinkled with cold shredded cheese. That’s what they call a cheesy roll-up? Served by a black non-greeting sourpuss whose face would crack if she smiled. Not my definition of appetizing. Yuck.

I’ve never in my life dealt with so much bs. I understand that this is fast food, but they charged us and then gave us the bag with 3 missing items which totaled $13 that we had paid for them, and my burrito was also undercooked. We had to turn around and go back, I brought in the receipt and showed them where I’d ordered a cheesy roll up and a 2 chalupa combo meal, and they had previously given me a soft shell taco in place of my roll up. They said they had already had my chalupas ready and gave me the bag. I took it to the car, looked in the bag and it was dorito tacos. I took the bag BACK in and asked them for my chalupas again and my cheesy roll up. They took five minutes to give me that and then there STILL wasn’t a roll up. I finally went off until they gave me what I paid for. I don’t know if they know how to read, but I will never be coming back to this Taco Bell.
