This location has issues. I ordered Crunchy Taco Supremes. They weren’t made well and the shells weren’t even close to full. Wish I had thought to take a photo. But with all the noise kids were making playing in the soda machine. Nobody says a thing until one of the kids put their mouth on the soda nozzle outlet and drinking soda direct from the machine. Turns out it’s take your kids to work day I guess bc one of the employees spoke to them like they were hers. We left and probably will just go to a different location next time. See my review of the Archer rd location. It’s a complete opposite of this location.

So I ordered a steak cheesy gordita crunch this evening and im so passed tha ill probably NEVER go back to this place. I ad upcharged 2$ for the steak which is fine but they only gave me 3 tiny pieces of meat on the damn thing. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

Yes! Taco bell I know but hear me out. This particular location on this particular day I can say was fantastic. The food was good and hot . The dining area was clean and well kept but the reason I’m writing this review is to commend the service. The energy in this place was fantastic. The employees were having fun and making the most of what some may consider a mundane job. Smiling and greeting people, interacting with some kids in the dining room dancing around. Great job TB. This is by far the best location there is. Thanks for the positive experience. Fantastic.

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and then finally someone walked up and said they can’t help us and set us to the kiosk to order, we are the only ones in the lobby, and it took about 15 minutes to get the food, then, when we got the food, there was a dead fly in one of the tacos. So I went up to the counter explain the situation, the girl just rolled her eyes and walked away. Just let me standing there, so I stood there, and she told me to throw the other than away…. And I had assumed they were making another one? No apology know nothing….. what happened to basic customer service?

I asked for triple extra chicken and extra beans, and the plate I was given was as if they didn’t put anything extra at all. I said did they put the extra Chicken in there and they said yes. Honestly it’s messed up that they would give you such a small quantity when you asked for triple extra chicken. See the video for how small the portion is.

Went through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago. We were greeted and told that the fryer and grill machine was not working. So we ordered… then we were told they couldn’t make what we wanted because they only had steak and only enough for maybe 1 burrito, not 2 . Our order ended up being about $14. Don’t remember the exact amount because we never got a receipt. The food we got was disappointing. I know it was close to closing but…really!

One of the best taco Bell’s as far as food quality. It’s always hot and good. Service here can be exemplary at times or sometimes you can feel like an outsider who is causing an inconvenience to them. Thankfully the latter has only happened once or twice.

This place was a mess as far as getting orders made and given to the right people quickly. They gave my food to a drive thru customer, I heard them discussing it, then waited so long to remake my order. The girl taking orders called everyone baby to try to make herself sound nice but she was quite blunt with everyone. It seemed that maybe they needed more help! I feel sorry for short staffed fast food places. Maybe take away the mobile order and just let those people go through the drive thru. Less places to worry about attending to. The mobile order customers sat for quite some time. The food was Taco Bell good! Get these people some help!
