Worst Taco Bell ever, workers don’t seem to care and the wait was over 45 min for a pick up order. Workers were just sitting on their phone while everyone was waiting to order or for their food. Would give zero if possible

Altamonte mall taco bell. 3 employees, my order was taken wrong when nothing was complicated just two beefy layers just beef and chesse, two hard tacos no salad, and when tried to correct it they gave me a bad attitude, I waited 30 minutes for my order to be served, only one customer ahead of me the whole time who also waited about 40 minutes or more because he was allready waiting for his food when I got here. When my food was finally done, the bag was thrown on the table. Mind you before anyone says anything Im never rude to anyone because I myself have worken im fast foods, so I was always polite. If you are in a hurry dont stop here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER SLOW.

Drive thru line is so long and slow i wait 30 minutes in it….i sat at the speaker and talked to it said hello hello for 10 minutes nobody speaks soiwent to order at the window since they dont answer i get to the window qnd she wont take my order tells ke go back around they. The manager girl was literally laughing at me telling me she wont take my order. This staore used to be good nonit is so so slow . This happened mothers day sunday 2021 …stay away from this store they have also gotten my order wrong here several times ….go to the one on lee road or 434 way better stores

Worst customer service ever !! Yesterday I tried to order a Nacho Fries Box and the cashier said they were out on fries, I told her “it’s fine I want it either way, no fries” and then she said again “we have no fries” one more time I said “cool, I don’t want the fries” she said “I gotta ask if we can do that” ???? and the look she gave me was like she wanna do nothing, i left the place right away. Also the place looks disgusting.

Horrible service, i wait like 35 minutes just to get a old food. They didn’t have every item of the menu available. They give me my wrong order. The cashier was flirting with a customer and it wasn’t working rigth. Overall Im never going back to this taco bell.
