Why every time I order a quesadilla does it come out burnt? I understand this location gets busy, but as someone who works in the same industry, the employees need to learn to manage their time better lest every order turns out messed up because they are trying to make them all at the same time — unsuccessfully clearly. Employees that continually show lack of skill and time management should not continue to be employed.

I do the drive through at Taco Bell about once a month – it’s nostalgic for me – in any case the visits are largely the same though lately, more often than not, I’ve been asked to pull ahead from the drive through and park – in those cases someone comes to bring the food to your car. They’re pretty good about this but on occasion it takes a while and you feel like you’ve been forgotten. There’s no receipt and little direction in these cases so you’re often left wondering what to do, how long to wait before reminding them you’re there, etc. Also – and this has become more and more common as well, if you’re asked to “pull forward” – they often will forget your sauces.

This Taco Bell location is always super quick to give my order out and has great customer service. I have been coming to this specific location for years and plan on continuing to do so. Through my time of coming to this Taco Bell, an employee named Alex seems to always been doing a great job. He works great and has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this Taco Bell.

This taco bell is great! Nick realized my order was accidentally missed and fixed it right away…unlike other Taco Bell’s who tell me to figure it out myself and tell me I need to contact Taco Bell (I wish i was joking). People here actually care about you and don’t blame things on you. They will always make sure you have the best service and will apologize if there is any inconvenience. Fast & never wrong 10/10. Never met a fast food place as genuine as them.

Taco Bell has so improved in their tacos – it’s amazing. I credit the CEO of Pepsi for making the tacos no longer soggy, but crunchy. They need to get rid of the AI machines and hire more people to man the order taking or we won’t have a society left. The workers at this location are excellent by the way.

If I could give zero stars I would. Consistently the worst taco bell. Seems everytime I go for the past year their fryer is down. If your fryer is constantly breaking it’s time for a new fryer. Or like the magical McDonald’s ice cream machine it’s that the lazy employees don’t want to do their jobs. The employees are extremely rude. And they are constantly out of items.

Let me tell you something to you. The quality of our food tonight was terrible. It did not have meat in any of the items I ordered!! I took my family there for a late night meal and it was very disappointing. Items are missing and incorrect. All the meat was substituted for beans without our knowledge. Alexander either needs help (hire more staff) or retraining on quality assurance. His coworker tall, gentleman with long hair (fem dude), was smoking vape outside instead of worker. This was sad.

If you’re getting a solo order, you’re probably in good hands. If you’ve got multiple items, plan on a 25 minute wait and at least 5-6 people behind you getting their food first. I want to rate it lower but the nacho fries are back (for now) so that’s their saving grace.

This is consistently the worst taco bell. My order is never right, my feet stick to the floor and you can’t find anyone working. Currently I have been waiting for 20 minutes, after asking if it will be much longer someone wandered into the back to find employees to make food. I inquired about the manager only to find she was one of the workers hiding from customers and not filling orders. I waited for 30 minutes for 5 tacos and 5 quesadillas
