Cool concept. Was not very busy when I went for lunch but it was clean and friendly staff. Food took about the same amount of time as a normal tbell. It feels like the quality of food maybe a bit better but probably the same.

Today (7/24/23) me and my partner had a mobile order around 1700-1725.. We was met with rudeness as soon as we got to the intercom. I didn’t think they could be more ruder until I approach the window. There was two long ladies laughing as we was trying to get our food. We told them we had a problem with our food and they shut the window on us as we tried to explain. A manager later approached the window and starting venting to us about his problems. We tried to explain to him what was wrong with his order and he kept cutting us off. The situation was solved, but could have been solved with a better attitude as well as customer care. I will no longer be eating at this restaurant. We talked to each of them with respect and did not deserve to be mistreated in such a manner. Hopefully this can be corrected, because no customer should have their day uplifted because poor management and employees. As I work and been a manager in a fast food establishment, I know how to treat customers no matter how bad your day is or was.

Nice in-line Taco Bell with all the usual TB fair. The food was as expected, fast food Tex-mex. The food came out quickly and the dining room was very clean and nicer than usual. I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time, but my Grandkids wanted it. However, I’d come to this location again if needed.

Been here so many times and tired of paying for a bowl for just just rice and buy my bf anything else for him to just get a tortilla and nothing else or just the meat. The workers are so lazy they never add the cheese the guac or short the meat. It’s something everytime. When picking up on the app it’s worse. Have tried so many times with this location and I never will again they are the laziest and can’t read what ingredients to add on a simple order.

A dream come true!!! Now I can have a beer with the best meal in town and they even have the draft system that fills the cup from the bottom up. Wine and sangria are a bonus too. Very friendly staff, incredibly clean, great location, and the food is always superb. Can’t wait to do brunch.

It’s a Taco Bell that serves beer, wine and sangria. I went for the sangria. They didn’t have any. That was a disappointment! Typical Taco Bell food. Nothing special. Decor is unique in the sense that they have community seating and benches with no backs. I don’t want to sit with strangers. Very uncomfortable. I don’t get the hype. Nice try but not worth the drive.

I have ordered from here countless times and every time has been a complete disappointment. Speaking as someone who has worked for Taco Bell in the past I know the environment. 70% of the staff are uneducated burnouts that spend most of their time on the clock screwing around and slacking. At the very least making something as simple as a burrito couldn’t possibly be such a challenging task that the people there couldn’t manage it. Taco Bell needs to step it up in terms of employee vetting. Just because they have 2 legs and a pulse doesn’t mean they should be in the kitchen.

I’ve never had a problem here until I placed a mobile order at 630. Got to the store at about 655 and saw this sign with ppl cleaning up inside. I couldn’t even have the “completed” order cancelled for a refund. I need a refund for the food I ordered but never received. I mean if you’re going to close at least don’t allow the app to order, then have the employees “complete it”.

Not sure if it’s because this location is new, or because it’s a cantina, but the food and service were better than the Taco Bell near my house. Tacos were packed with fillings and even tasted fresher. The restaurant was clean and people were friendly. They have digital self ordering as well. As for drinks, I still very much prefer a bar over this place. Not the right atmosphere for a drink IMHO.
