Wow, i waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes for two tiny items, didn’t even get some kind of explanation or even a simple “sorry about that”. I sat at the window for another 10 minutes literally staring at my sealed food bag just sitting there on the ledge while employees just messed around in the back, not even giving a greeting or anything, just rudely handing me my cold food after 10+ minutes of waiting. I don’t even know what to say. I work in fast food also so i understand if something is happening or there are issues, but I would have appreciated even a simple “hey we’ll be with you in a sec sorry about the wait”.

I have 10000 rewards points on the Taco Bell app ($1000 spent) over the course of almost 3 years. The majority of that money is at this location. The staff is always extremely nice and courteous to all the customers and the food always exceeds the expectations. I can confidently recommend eating here.

Worst taco bell as far as the service is concerned. Ordered two Mexican pizza. One came normal second came with tostada crunch, I made my point to the associate, instead of admitting to her mistake she argued it’s the right crunch for pizza!!! I ask for Manager, then she lied to me and said I am the manager and agreed to make the pizza the right way and she did. Also our order was for dine in and I was expecting to receive my order in tray but they gave me my order in the Togo brown bag. I requested the associate to place my order in tray. He plopped the bag on the tray with attitude. No courtesy no apology just mean look as we are not welcomed there. I try to avoid this location as much as possible but this is so close to home so I end up using this location and most of the time with disappointments.

My husband and I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru. After waiting a long time, (which ok, that happens sometimes!), we get to the window and ask to add on a nacho bell grande to our order. The girl at the window replied that she couldn’t do that and that we would have to go back around. My husband and I reminded her that we tried to add it to our order at the speaker and she told us to pull forward. Thankfully then, they made the order for us.

The staff was screaming at each and running around like kindergartens. They locked the lobby doors well before lobby close so they wouldn’t have to serve people. 2 of the employees ran out of the building screaming, leaving only 2 people to run the store. Getting the food out was very slow. Over all the most unhinged and unprofessional tacobell I have been to. But the food was great.

I go here every so often and they are pretty fast but today it seemed like they have an AC ceiling leak or something and maybe the staff was distracted. Everyone got their food fast but it seemed like they either gave my food to the wrong people or they forgot to make mine. However, one of the friendly staff saw me standing there and asked if I had ordered or if I had been helped so that was nice.

This store hires minors after hearing from minors parents they didn’t give their child permission to work at this store. Parents contacted manager told manager they don’t want them to hire their child. Manager then texts child and says “your father’s texts too much and you start on such and such date.”

ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME HERE!!! I’ve tried this place 4 times. I told them in person AND on the mobile order “NO SOUR CREAM” and guess what? SOUR CREAM!!!! When i told them, they rolled their eyes and gave me attitude, and told me “Next time make sure you say no sour cream” guess what? I SAID NO SOUR CREAM!!! And next time i came, like they said, THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING!!! I’m absolutely allergic to sour cream and i blow up every time. If you don’t wanna gag, don’t come to this taco bell. I won’t be going for my 5th time or else my toilet will need some maintenance.
