This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get a great experience and sometimes not so much. Ordered breakfast and my cheese wasn’t even melted (not even a little) on my Breakfast Quesadilla. Yes, this is right after I grabbed it from the pickup window.

The rating on service was as is they weren’t really interested or send you care or was very unsociable when it comes to customer service. Ask for the food again I ordered two bean burrito tacos and as for the second store the food wasn’t hot the cheese wasn’t melted on it the beans were lukewarm the taco shell itself was a soft taco but cold and lumpy because person that wrapped it obviously did not know how to wrap it and it looked like they just rolled it together and it was all lumpy Through The Chew while trying to eat it you had to take small bites because it it is what it is. It all appeared to me that the employees were not interested at being at work creating good food product over the counter they all acted like I don’t want to be here but I have to be here not very good attitude towards customers. The burrito itself wasn’t like it should be it was like rolled up like a thin sausage. Again this is one of those situations that if you still go to this restaurant check your food to make sure it’s hot before you leave.

I ordered the cravings box online and upon opening the bag and eating when I got home, not only did i find that they had forgotten my fiesta potatoes, but they also had little to no spicy sauce on the spicy potato taco as well as completely forgetting the nacho cheese that is supposed to come in the crunchwrap supreme and my UNsweetened iced tea was straight sugar syrup. Extremely disappointed.

Best regular soft tacos ever! I hadn’t had a reg liar soft taco in ages because they’re usually soggy and the lettuce is usually wilted and just no. BUT each of the three I ordered were perfect! Not soggy or wilty. Wish I ordered 3 more! You made this pregnant lady very happy! Baby and I thank you! God bless!

Hit or miss whether or not you get what you order. Customer service really horrible but there are a few employees, newer ones, that try really hard. Bag contains just whatever they feel like giving you, most of the time, but not what you order and pay for. Don’t bother calling at any time, they won’t answer. Unfortunately, it’s close to me so I torture myself by going there.

First there was one car before me in drive thru it took them 10 min to say hello to take my order. It was a big line behind me also. Then when i got to window the girl gave me my drink then started taking selfies of herself on the phone she did say we waiting on your food or anything i waited another 20 min for my food i think she heard me when i say is she on her phone she then moved and was still on her phone manager walked by didnt say nothing about her on the phone very unprofessional no apologize for the long wait or anything

The guys working there are always friendly which goes a long way however three consecutive mondays in a row at lunch time I’ve placed mobile orders and picked up in the drive thru and all three times I’ve had missing items and had to come back to get them after getting home. A bit more attention to detail would be appreciated will finally stop visiting this location.
