Pretty bad even by Taco Bell standards. Burrito was literally cold to the touch, Mexican pizza was basically nothing but sauce on top. Top that all off with a drive through attendant who acted annoyed to be doing her job and it’s a recipe for her going back to that location.

This place is so slow I waited 45mins for my food. I asked for a refund instead and the guy in the building said he couldn’t until the manager got there at two. They definitely need to shut down retrain and start again.

This Taco Bell has serious food issues. I live around the corner from this TB and so I’ve had my fair share of food from this location. Do not ever order the cinnamon twists from here, they always have a disgusting old burnt oil taste. The beans they use are not the regular Taco Bell beans. Idk wth the beans they use are but they’re not good. Tacos are fine. They also skimp on the sauce packets even when you ask for a specific amount and you’ve ordered like 20 things. Wish whoever owns this location would try a little harder.

I enjoy taco bell and been using them for several years. This one is the closest by a few miles and traffic other wise I would go to a different one. This one puts less meat in the soft shell tacos than any I have gone to. I don’t go near as often as I did a year ago. I should start going back to the one on 192 in Melbourne Florida. They make a lot better tasting taco but the drive and traffic stopped me from using them. I do think I am going to start going back to them. I wish a supervisor could come into this one and see what is going on.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After placing my order online, I went inside to wait a bit not knowing the staff would have me wait half an hour. Got the food went home checked the items. To my disbelief the food was thrown in sloppy made some items had missing ingredients. The nastiest & slowest fast food experience. $25 dollars and over a half-hour later did not retain me as a customer.

Best taco bell around by leaps and bounds!!! Super nice and friendly team that gives you EXACTLY what you ordered! It is out of my way but next time I crave thre bell I will make the extra effort to swing by this store. The management at its neighboring stores should go and take notes (for real)!!

Taco Bell usually has decent tex-mex fast food tacos. What a surprise when I got home and opened this. Just awful. I called the restaurant and was told they had a problem with thier supplier getting lettuce. Well, there’s a Publix 100 yards away, have the store owner or manager run over there and get some lettuce! You should be embarrassed to serve food like this. Rethinking going to this particular Taco Bell again. Not my first “unlucky” experience here.
