Just got home to bite down into something I did not order. I ordered a cheesy steak grilled burrito with jalapeños and didn’t recieve that. I received a cheesy beef grilled burrito. Not too happy about my order due to paying for a cheesy steak grilled burrito. My softshell taco had barely any meat nor any of the toppings. Been to this taco bell several times and they can never get their orders straight. The cashier was very hard to understand and was very quiet. I would like someone to reach out to me about this because this is not the first time it’s happened and customers are paying for what they want and are not receiving it.

A few very hard working employees. Other ones are dragging the team down. Went there yesterday and everything came out fine. Wait was 15 minutes at the drive thru and the poor guy at the window spilled the drink into the car but we didn’t really mind no big deal. Poor guy looks like he was running the place by himself. He said they were short staffed. Great food but needs new people helping the few good people there.

This is a great Taco Bell/ KFC location. Most people that work here are very friendly and it is very quick. If you order the KFC you’ll have to park and they will bring it out to you. No big deal but just a great location. It was just remodeled a couple of years ago

Renovated building and new staff made this place so much better. Myself as many others were not happy with this place prior to a few months ago. I gave them several chances over the years and every time the place was nasty and the food was gross. This is not the case anymore. The new staff is still learning which is to be expected but the food came out fast and hot and the managers were very attentive. The food was prepared properly and tasted great. My order was correct and the place was very clean including the bathrooms. I seen a complaint on here about the dirty windows well I looked at them and I can tell they are double pane windows and whatever is going on with them is happening on the inside of the two panes. I know this is a very expensive problem to fix, the windows are clean on the inside of the resturaunt. All I can say is if you were like me and fed up with this place, go on in and give them another chance it’s much much better now. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. Oh and I forgot to mention it has both a Taco Bell and a KFC the only ones in sebastian.

I have given The Taco Bell In Sebastian on US one multiple chances to redeem themselves, they almost never get orders right, they skimp the heck out of the meat and expect to pay more for what should be there in the first place. Very very unprofessional in the food industry. I could say the other Taco Bell‘s in Vero beach Florida is way better and I definitely will be going there from now on. I truly hope the Sebastian Taco Bell can become great quality as it hasn’t been for years… I also would instead of complain just try to get a refund or another order but they never answer the phone, slow or not.

Yeah I just came on my lunch break ordered a beef quesarito and there’s nothing in it but cheese and sauce I have no idea how you screw up that bad but I’d like somebody to reach out to me about this cause even my quesadilla is cold now I don’t have time to just leave my job and come back up there to stand in line so this is rediculous I can’t even call cause you guys keep your phone lines off. Food tasted like it was old from yesterday. Chicken not crispy and takes as if sat in oil. Fries the same oily taste and not crispy. Burritos did not have the extra onions ordered.

I had a taco and a giant Dr Pepper. It’s been a couple hours and I haven’t experienced diarrhea or stomach cramps so five stars in the Taco Bell department. I mean, I wasn’t looking for authentic Mexican food. I was looking for something to eat.
