Horrible service. Walked in shortly before closed inside area ordered 2 variety party packs and we were forced to use a kiosk then go to counter to pay rest in cash. Should have been a total of 8 reg tacos 8 soft tacos 8 dorito tacos! No receipt was given and we left with the one box we received and once opened seen that we were missing 8 regular tacos so we turn around go promptly bsck and had to go to the drive through where we were told there’s no way we didn’t receive what we ordered he claimed he packed it himself and how we need receipt thst he didn’t give or the box to prove we just ordered. There is noooooo way 24 tacos can fit in one box. We left without the tacos that we paid for. 47 dollars for missing items. Beyond upset to made to feel like a liar or wanted free food. He was so certain all 24 were in the box and we were wrong and wanted us to prove we didn’t receive them. I will never visit this location again

The service is hit or miss here. The food was just gross! I opened up the Chicken Casadea and it made my stomach churn from the burnt smell! We ordered 6 drinks not sure why they were so low in the cups we were told “they shrink” say they have no cup holders. Ok can I have a bag for them …. We don’t have any…..??? They put my food in a paper bag but they don’t have any. Yeah that’s the kind of thing that happens here a lot. I’ve stopped coming to this one and go to the one on University by Pines Blvd they are slow but the food is correct and I haven’t had these issues. Total disappointment here. Last strike for me, no more chances. Won’t return! Picture is my drink the right is their stock photo not really the same are they! Pitiful.

This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I stood in the store for over 20 minutes before i was asked if I was placing an order and I said yes. The young lady at the window said you have to order over there. I didn’t know where over there was, so without being told I look and saw a kiosk. I said I’m sorry it’s been over a year since I’ve gone into a Taco Bell and I didn’t know how it work forgive me I’m 71 years old. When I said to her I don’t know how to work that she turned around went back to the window and proceeded to take orders and the other two young ladies were preparing orders no one bothered to come to show me what to do or how to place the order the worst customer service ever. Of course I went to another location and a young lady immediately came over to assist me.

This location needs way better management period. Most of the employees are amazing but the management at this location is running it down to the ground. Especially the night shift manager. 1 week ago I had to wait approximately 30-45 mins for 4 soft tacos and a quesadilla. All the manage r did was walk back and fourth telling everyone to be patient instead of rolling up her sleeves and getting on the line to help . Also have been told many times that they can not give creamer on the side when they should. What if I’m ordering for someone else Ian’s I don’t know how they like their coffee ? I’m just supposed to give them what taco bell wants. What if they can have creamer or sugar cause their diabetic. Smarten up Tacobell!

945 pm debate over whether the dining room was open or not. COVID is over but the attitude lives on forever lol. The best way to describe the atmosphere is that adult supervision over the establishment was non existent.

Listen, if only you knew the amount of South Florida taco bells that I have been in, this one in particular takes the cake, hands down the best place . Food is always fast always fresh and hot, never anything is missing, people at the counter aren’t like Chick-fil-A overachievers but never attitude from them they just get it done and are still helpful. I will literally go across county lines just to go here knowing the food will slap every time. And I really appreciate that. In a world where other fast food places aren’t even fast and quality is questionable at best.
