I love taco bell and this one is near my house so I frequent it a lot. Ive been to this location many many times and unfortunately 90% of the time I go something is messed up in my order. I had to stop getting complex tacos/burritos because the staff doesnt know how to read tickets and they mess up the instructions, they will put sour cream/tomato/beans on stuff i said i did not want it on. And as of late they have been forgetting some of my items too, just a few nights ago I had to drive back to the restaurant after a long shift because they forgot my drink. Just tonight (which is why im finally leaving this review – I am fed up) they forgot one of my tacos and my nachos had a weird taste to them. if you do not like working here find another job i dont understand why it is so hard for the employees to follow simple directions, read tickets properly, and not forget basic stuff. i really hope you guys turn this location around and start doing better.

Looks like facility has been renovated. It sports a fairly modern open design look with gamelike larger than life KFC circular sign hanging in the diner. Its a KFC & Taco Bell place.The hanging lamps are a nice touch. Overall, great improvements from the old. Exterior is the same, decent parking, but close enough to the drive through that sometimes block traffic flow. Drive through experience today was strangely good. As usual, a few cars ahead of me, but the wait was relatively quick. The order taker today was efficient & effective. Her all business, no chatting attitude kept the line moving along at a good pace. My large order was accurate & hot. Before too long we were on our way again south, our bellies quickly filling.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years, and up until recently, was a clean dining establishment. Today I was shocked at the filth. Every table had crumbs and syrup all over them. There was black mold growing on the exterior windows. It was just disgusting. I’ve included a photo , see the chicken and other food particles on the floor. Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse. My food was not up to par. Tacos were broken, see pictures . As far as Kentucky Fried Chicken goes, I got two tiny pieces of chicken for, I believe it was $7.00 !!

They give a bad name to Taco Bell’s every where. They need to have a sit down with their entire staff and explain how easy it is to make tacos and make sure they aren’t only made quickly but properly.. Taco Bell is the only fast food I eat and this location has turned me against the franchise as a whole.. Let’s turn things around folks!
