Terrible service. When a company advertises hours they need to stick to them. No where does it say on Taco Bell’s website that they stop serving at a specific time. No it says they are open until 1. Well this manager closed down the drive through 10 min before close. Extremely rude to top it off . I have him on video . The service here has always been bad, clearly the owners don’t care.

I just stopped by the drive thru to order and the speaker wasn’t working. I moved forward to the window to order and they refused to take my order. I was told to drive around to the speaker again because they have a timer to follow. At the beginning I though they were playing and joking so I smiled to them but they were all serious and with a long face and they were not playing with me… after I realized that, I asked for the manager on duty and a young girl came to the window to just repeat that I had to go back to the window if I wanted to order…. at that point I was in shock and I grabbed a pen and paper to start documenting and being able to contact Taco Bell so they know what’s happening at this location. I asked the manager on duty for her name and she refused to provide it, I asked for the location general manager name and she refused to provide it, I asked for the customer service number and she didn’t know what the number was….what an awful experience… I would never come back nor recommend this place….

I ordered a well done chicken quesadilla this evening at the drive thru at around 5pm. I specifically asked for it to be made “well done”. I received a half done inedible quesadilla. Workers are not attentive.

Had some takeout for dinner. Usually the tacos at this location are light on the beef, today they were decently filled and good. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Both Kiosks were working for easy ordering. 🙂

Came in the drive-through with my mother approximately 2100. My mother placed her order which was a number 6 chicken , I was about to place my order when young lady with curly wig being to rush me because I want clarification on craving box …. I then order two crunch wraps meals (which it will make 3 meals in total ) . We pull up to the window where a young lady with LOCS (2 young lady’s at the window one taking orders other taking payment ) takes my mothers card , gave us two meal & close the window in her face … we then stated it supposed to be 3 meals but I guess they didn’t catch it because we were being rushed at the speaker by the first young lady for you to close the window in my mothers faces before making sure everything was there completely disrespectful. Idk what happened to this night shift at Taco Bell but it has completely went down hill . I will makes sure I reach out to corporate to tell them my experience about last night 5/1/23 approximately 2100. It does take much to be nice to customers. I understand people have bad days but those two was being utterly rude especially to my mother . They should be in the king cooking instead of interacting with people.

THE WORST!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Nothing is fresh nor hot! They pre prepare the food & fries and the stack them up on top of each other then put them under a heat lamp that wasn’t even plugged in for who knows how long! DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED!! There were flies pitching all on the food sitting there!! The health department need to be called! If I didn’t go inside I wouldn’t have seen this.. I’m so sorry I did because I can’t unsee all those flies pitching on open food.

They have a young kid working the register. That is very nice and observant to peoples needs. Atmosphere is low because inside is usually empty. And it’s somewhat dark if you don’t sit by the windows.

The girl working at the drive through window tonight is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, person I have ever met. I literally left the drive through line because she is rude. I am in the Pollo Tropical line as I write this review. I will not go back again. Please use your money somewhere else.
