The food was okay, my chalupa was stale. Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes the food is old, then you have days where it’s 50/50 half fresh half old. I have to check my order every time to make sure it’s fresh. What’s even crazier is when they have you reverse your car and wait and the food isn’t fresh. Customer service could be better.

The waiting time at this drive through is astronomical. I don’t know if they slaughter the cows in the back fresh and prepare the cheese right when you place your order but the waiting time is ridiculous. Never again

It takes too long to get your food on the drive through. The kitchen may not work well. Also, once you finally get to the final window, they make you back up and then come back when you are told because of a “timer” situation they are trying to “manage”.

Every time we go here there seems to be an issue with the drive-thru. Why on earth when you get to the order window, place your order, then you are asked to reverse a bit. It’s stupid. Last week this happened and the person behind us refused to reverse as requested by the cashier at the window. I don’t blame that person because it’s stupid. The cashier began cussing the lady, right in front of us as though this was normal behavior. Not sure if the lady heard her but we did. Don’t think my family will patronize this business again. Please teach staff that they can’t cuss in front of customers- no matter what. It’s totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

This taco bell is crazy! The manager there in early afternoon seems like a nut! He speaks and the female workers say *yes sir* like robots..he’s very threatening to his workers and got very nasty with an older female customer..disgusting place no wonder no one was there !! I’m sorry I ordered a burrito supreme,don’t know what this is but it is now 3:14 I am home I just checked my food it’s what I ordered but when I bit into it, it was cold as if it was sitting. This is not the right temperature that you serve food to the guests the temperature of the meat was 73.2 which is not a passing temperature to serve any guests which will cause food poisoning I don’t think I would ever order anything from this restaurant again. I think that the late shift should be trained more I wish there was a way to get a refund but I guess I won’t be getting that.
