The worst service and food. When we got home half of the order was missing. Doggie tacos instead of crunchy. Service staff is just a bunch of young kids with clue about customer service. No wonder the place and even the drive thru is empty.

I ordered three items and out of the three, two items came wrong. I checked the receipt and the order was correctly placed. This location can’t seem to ever get your order right. I was missing rice on one of my items so I ate half assuming it was at the bottom of the burrito. Young Lady told me I ate it so she wouldn’t reimburse this $2 item. I just tossed my two incorrect items in the trash and decided not to dine at this location anymore.

Went recently and the cashier didn’t ring up my order correctly, so I wasn’t charged the right price. When I tried to tell the manager, she just said it is what it is essentially. I took a pic of the menu and called corporate, but nothing was done about my problem. First time I have this issue in the 14+ years I’ve been coming, but the last time. Terrible management and there are so many other options for good tacos. Skip, you won’t miss it.

A woman named Patricia tried to take my order through the drive through. She obviously didn’t want to listen to what I wanted and screwed up the order, and had a bad attitude when I went to pay. She also couldn’t run the card correctly, and sent the manager to do it for her. The manager was polite, however, “Patricia” needs to shut up and listen to what the customer is ordering.

My fam was hungry and we all decided on chicken. Drove by and ordered a family meal. Took it home and to my surprise they crammed everything into the bucket. There was missing chicken. The biscuits were squashed and the gravy almost spilled. CHK your orders before going home. Just Horrible and unexceptable.
