Awesome staff. Whoever is on the late night crew, Sunday nights deserves a raise. The guy who took my order was awesome! Super friendly! And my food was delicious. The line cooks know what they’re doing. Thank you for making my long work day end on a high note. Highly recommend!!!

This Taco Bell, like any other business, has its pro’s and cons. I come here regularly and in my experience, the drive-thru has been fast and efficient for me. With that said, the inside ordering through the menu is inefficient and ridiculous how long it takes to get my food. I walked inside ( i was the only one there) and it took 15 minutes for the 6 employees working to give me my food. On another occasion, I ordered my usual combo that I enjoy and employee by the name of Luis, if i’m not mistaken, was trying to scam me by avoiding to make the meal a combo so I’d have to pay extra. I noticed this because I had my old receipt just lying around and I realized the price difference. After confronting him about it he acted like he didn’t notice and fixed the issue for me so kudos to him for that! very nice. In terms of food quality, never had an issue, so I gave the extra stars.

No one was answering the speaker and when we continued through the drive through we saw a woman basically hiding from the window to take the orders. They made us wait almost an hour in our car waisting gas. This was ridiculous and outrageous. I would not like to experience this again. Especially as a hungry pregnant woman.

I pulled up to the drive-through to place an order and took 25 minutes before I was able to order. Management should evaluate schedules and have more employees. 25 minutes on a drive Tru is NOT acceptable.
