I bought a chicken powerball on friday when I got to work, . The rice was very hard, but I went in today for lunch,3 days later, The manager & the girl the drive-thru register, no problem. Great service, HAVE ME A NEW BOWL AT NO CHARGE, REALLY NICE CREW WORKING THERE, WE GO 2 TIMES A WEEK.

I really like Taco Bell. Just, not this one. What used to be one of my favorite locations has become severely lacking in about everything a fast food restaurant is supposed to be. One, the lobby is never open. I was quite surprised the lobby was during this visit.

There’s always people behind the counters, but they always insist on someone using the automated machine. And watch someone take 3x as long to just order 1 item. This is the second time I have walked out over it. The employees are paid to know the menu, I do not.

Unfriendly staff. They’ve raised their prices. You only get a decent meal if you walk inside and are face to face. They constantly forget items on my order and the staff is not friendly. I’ve been coming here since it opened and have yet to be impressed. Never fill the food. Prices are raised. Beware
