I swear, sometimes I sabotage myself. But I was getting past the hungry stage and into hangry when I needed something quick to eat. This Taco Bell is along the way though the shopping plaza (as most in Florida) makes it a challenge to access. With a tall van, I was not able to clear the drivethrough and parked.

I ordered my food got back to the hotel. Wrong food, that’s OK it happens. Drive back, I get “my food” and guess what wrong meal again. Third time I go inside. The lady at the window helps me (by the way she’s amazing) and gets my food being made correct. Turns out the manager was making all the food and has no idea what she is doing or how to run a store. The window lady is telling the manager how to do her job correctly. Promote that employee and demote that manager to the window person.

The manager (small little older gentleman) is truly god sent to this place! He truly loves his job and loves to work! Really glad I work next door and can frequent this place more often. Taco Bell needs to put him in charge of manager training all over!

I want to say out of all the taco bells in the area this one on Southern and 441 made the best Mexican pizza I had in years it was not soggy . The cheese was not stuck to top of box it was nice crunchy and made perfect who ever made it knows there job .only thing is the person bagging the food needs to learn not to place the other items on top of pizza . The pizza should be on top with nothing on it that’s one key to keeping it from being crushed. I have worked for taco bell many years a ago it was even my first job back in the 90s . And I always took pride in how I made other people . And now a days that’s hard to come across these days I want to say thank you to ever made my pizza last night you did a good job and was trained correctly thank you for giving me the best pizza I have ever ate in years. Very clean and up to date store. Four order screens. Kind of hard to see or get to. It’s sort of on the on ramp from 7 up onto Southern westbound. Doesn’t ever seem busy. I guess between the prices at Taco Bell skyrocketing and being hard to find, people don’t go out of their way as much as they used to.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Stopped in to grab my son something to eat before his practice. We didn’t have a ton of time but since there was one person in the restaurant (sitting down, not ordering) and one car in drive thru I felt we would be fine. We placed our order on the touchscreen system and sat down to wait. After FIFTEEN minutes of sitting there I went up to ask about my order. I asked if our food was almost ready. The staff looked at me like I was from another planet and ignored me completely. We waited another five minutes before I decided to just ask for a refund because we no longer had time to eat. The first person ignored me, the second person said talk to the manager, who apparently was not far and screamed “he’ll have to wait!!” At this point ONE other customer had come in to order and 2 cars had gone through the drive thru. The person who was sitting down when we came in… still hadn’t gotten their food either!!!! At this point we had to just walk out without any of our order or we would be late. So enjoy my $18 donation Taco Bell! This was one of the most baffling and bizarre human interactions I’ve engaged in. Zero training, zero people skills, zero items of our order!

Just in town for business, and it was 1 am for reference. I ordered 2 soft tacos, Doritos taco, and a drink. The drink was the only thing that was right about the order. The 2 soft tacos were wet, soggy and tattered. I didn’t even get the Doritos taco. Instead a was given a bag of chips and some cold cheese in a cup. Lesson here is to always check your food and if the wait is 12 minutes before someone takes your order and you’re the only car there…just go someplace else.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell and when I’m in the mood for it I love getting crunchy tacos here. There always good no matter what location I stop at. Update… stopped in today and had my normal three crunchy tacos and they were good except a little light on the Ground beef. Service would have been good but the Internet was down which slowed everything to a halt.
