Whoever was working the drive thru window at 10:30pm on 8/26 should be fired immediately. I genuinely have never written a bad review but I am so appalled by the experience I just had. I ordered and drink and he said “6.28” I made sure that was correct and the window and he corrected to 2.98 which I figured was just a accident & gave no issue/paid just fine. I then asked for my receipt just to scan into money back apps and this man fully looked at me and closed the window in my face.

Awesome customer service from the young man tonight. He deserves a raise or something because he answers the phone late at night and make sure if he makes a mistake he tries his best to please the customer and that’s really good work ethic that is hard to find these days. I appreciate him for taking accountability and correcting my order and going above and beyond to provide the customer service Taco Bell interviews for. I can say his words at his interview was definitely legit.

This store charges almost double for a cravings box as other locations I have been too. The kiosk inside let me fill in my whole order just to tell me there was an error and the whole system needed to update. The workers are doing a great job but the owner is a terrible person for unchanging so much more then the default app prices for no apparent reason, the inside is not well furnished nothing special just your average tacobell.

Not crowded, great service, food was exactly how we ordered it. Friendly & safe staff, wearing masks & gloves. Delicious food. My favorite TACO SPOT! Get the GRANDE NACHOS BOX, you’ll have to split it with someone, or eat in 2 sittings. It’s HUGE!

Don’t waste your time. Drive through lady ordered my food wrong then tried to blame me like I don’t know what I want. She tried to tell me Nachos are just cheese without chips. I tried to explain to her the concept of nachos is cheese on chips and she told me she works there and know what she’s talking about. They ripped me for over $20 and then tried to disrespect me.

After not eating all day this past Friday I stopped by this location and ordered the two chicken chalupa meal. I went home, ate it, and went to sleep. I woke up at 4am with severe stomach cramps and nausea. They gave me food poising which was clearly from the chicken as I ordered mine with no tomatoes. It is now Sunday night and I’m just now starting to feel a little better. Thinking of Taco Bell after this experience makes me sick to my stomach. I don’t know what was wrong with the chicken on the chalupa but it had me contemplating going to the ER as I was in bad shape. This location (which is closest to my home) will NEVER be used again.
