Came in tonight to grab a quick dinner. There was not one person at the front counter to help. They were all in the back. We had to ask for our stuff after using the self checkout kiosk. They didn’t even know what we had. I work with self checkouts at my job and I always greet and make sure the customer has what they need. They are more interested in laughing and joking with each other than working.

The food is fine, the service is fine as well as well as the atmosphere, however this is one of the most expensive Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. They charged even more than the one a few miles south for the same thing. I’m not quite sure how they get away with it because I thought corporate makes prices.

Place is a rip off. I went there on Thursday May 4th around 10PM and got a #6 with a baja blast which is supposed to be $6.99 and a chicken quasadilla which is $4.89. They charged me almost $19 and then couldn’t give me a receipt because the “machine was broken”. They were also out of beef for the second time in a row about 2 weeks apart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for anybody that expects to pay the appropriate price.

I have ordered the spicy grilled cheese burrito twice now, which is more expensive than the regular. I have yet to get the spicy version. I won’t be getting from this taco bell again. Just sucks that there’s a least one thing wrong with our order everytime.

Went through the drive thru to order a grilled cheese deluxe cravings box and was told they can’t sell the box because they were out of the chalupas I asked if they could substitute it for a soft taco which is cheaper and was told no. So it’s my fault at 12am Taco Bell is out of chalupas and I can’t order something what I initially came to order. Instead of telling a customer what you can’t do give suggestions. This Taco Bell is always out of something my question is why are y’all open if you can’t sell anything!!!!!!

I ordered the Fiesta Veggie Burrito. I have ordered it before and it was really good. The last two times either it had been changed or the employees were not careful about assembling it. The last two times I didn’t enjoy the burritos. I doubt I will order them again.
