This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to I normally don’t write reviews but they were so bad had to warn people. First I went up to order but they wouldn’t take my order said I had to use the computer screens behind me. I ordered some tacos as you see in picture didn’t look like a taco to me. I was really excited about this location being added to my area but coming to this location has been a fit or miss. I see the turnovers have already happened, the lack of wanting to service quality food. I have experienced get the wrong order, food made sloppy or burnt. I understand places like this hire young staff but they still should try and make the most of the job they applied for by giving great service. We can’t say we get what we pay for because prices go up and the quality is the same or worse. I guess they are short staffed because if you go inside they ask you to use the kiosk and not get wait on someone to take your order.

It’s Taco Bell so it is what it is. I like it as it’s quick and slightly less expensive than a sit down restaurant. I always order ahead on the app so my food is usually ready or just about ready. They don’t like you to order from the counter so they haven’t really had anyone working there all the times I’ve been. They keep the sauce packets so neat and organized.

This taco bell location went downhill very fast. If you want soft shelled tacos, or burritos they will most likely be all dried out and hard. If I wanted a hard shell taco, I’d order one. As if they can’t see the shell cracking when they fold the shell. The toppings are almost never filled up on the items. Tacos and Burritos are usually barely filled, like half a pinch of cheese, couple small pieces of lettuce and lucky if beef fills the entire bottom of the shell. The prices on everything went up but the quality dropped like a rock. You would think that if they charge more they would try to amp up quality control and consistency at least. If I were you I’d go to the one over by 75, or in town on Gall blvd if you want actual normal taco bell food. Avoid this one if you can.

The best Taco Bell by far! Toby is their best employee. He actually cares about the customers and fulfilling their orders. He’s great at what he does. He actually can run drive thru, front counter, and take peoples complaints and make everything right all at the same time with smoothness! He actually puts in a hard day’s work! He’s should be at the top of the management chain! He deserves 20+ dollars an hour. This Taco Bell is the best and most consistent one I’ve been to. Never that busy and the food is actually made right and well. I’ve been here many times now that we live close and haven’t had a bad experience yet. All the other Taco Bell’s should take notes on how this place makes their food.

I’ve never written a review for fast food but this is the best Taco Bell we usually go to Gall but decided to check this one out and the workers were so sweet and packaged our food with love. The best service we’ve ever received and it was near closing time I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that was so neat and orderly I wish I took a picture of the boxes the food was put in so neatly I’m honestly just so impressed, these workers deserve a raise and I’m only going to this location from now on!

workers are rude, portions are very small, i payed for extra meat and cheese and they said it’s only one pinch of cheese. the manager closed the drive thru window on me while i was talking as well, they do not care about their customers .

Just left the drive thru. Asked if this everything, she said yes, and missing nacho supreme. Annoying as it’s like $6 we paid, didn’t realize til we got home, and trusted the employee. Usually they are pretty good though. Just upsetting when things like this happen.
