Made a mobile order with two craving boxes. They come with 2 medium drinks. When I get to the store I ask if I can have 1 (one) large cup instead of 2 (two) medium cups. Answer was “No you can’t change the order since it was a mobile order”. I’m not asking for two large just one large cup instead of two medium. “Yea you can’t change it.” I’m not trying to pull a fast one just reducing the amount of cups I’m carrying. It would have been less cups and less product, I had already paid a higher price for the two medium drinks. So what I’m saying is customer service could go a long way in this instance but it didn’t thus the review. And no I can’t change it because it’s done online!

Exceptional service, I didn’t notice anyone wearing a badge. The lady at the counter who took our order had a beautiful accent. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient. We ordered 2 of the burrito supremes and nacho fries. The burritos and fries were sooo delicious!!!

Let’s chat about this hell hole. I asked for a volcano shell at the window just a shell nothing more. I was told I needed to drive back around to order at the Intercom. The young woman who asked me to do this appeared disheveled and a bit infantile mentally (very rude and condescending ). Her demeanor reveals that customer service may not be her forte, it’s a great thing that my patience isn’t as short as her ponytail. I literally found it comical and disturbing, it gives great insight as to why some people can never advance in life— treat people with respect because Karma is definitely in place! This restaurant doesn’t display a place that caters to its patrons, I would absolutely not recommend anyone go here stop giving this store your money! Money is power and without customers you don’t have an establishment. Giving someone a food item that their supposed to consume without proper storage is a threat to public health and overall food safety. Please see photos attached with date.

This place was disrespectful to my husband who was just coming in to place my food order. He went to the counter to order and was told use a kiosk and after he went over there he told them the request he wanted wouldn’t have been able to be done on the tablet they still made him order on the kiosk and said they’ll make adjustments to the food based off his request. He then was approached and said the sour cream and lettuce he wants on the side will be “$0.91” so he paid it up front. ( kind of pointless to use a kiosk and then ring him up again at the counter the kiosk just could have been avoided.) i then called to let them know their employee was being rude and she said “ I don’t think we were rude to him were short staffed and busy” I said “ I would understand that but how you talked to him doesn’t excuse that and another customer told my husband that you guys are like this all the time” she then said “you can come up here if you want to but I don’t think we were rude” then as I went to respond she hung up. This is so crazy if you don’t like your job quit.

Last time I’ll go to this location. I went to the counter to order, employee told me I had to order through the kiosk. After placing my order it was not prepared, after seeing a few people who ordered after me I went to counter to find out what happened. They never made it and had to call someone from a back room to prepare it. The food was fresh, and at that time tasted good, but my mom ended up with food poison. All night is was throwing up from both ends. The staff, just rude not friendly (no hello or thank you), but why am I surprised, this visit wasn’t the first unfriendly experience. But this visit sealed the deal, I will NEVER go back to this location.

I’ve tried to get food here 3 times. Twice I was told “it’s going to be awhile” with the implication that I’ll be waiting a long time. The one time I did get food, breakfast, it was the saddest Taco Bell I’ve seen. The food was cold, assembled loosely and almost no meat. On top of that, this Taco Bell’s prices are more expensive. Hard pass.
