Taco Bell @ 301 – ordered via their kiosks. It was not the best experience due to the back and forward to make an order. The keyboard was low and not intuitive. One of my special characters was not readily available, which required me to use another email address. Kiosks are good for the business, but for the clients it is more time, and I am tech savvy.

My husband purchased food for our family’s from this location around 9pm on 2/2/2023. They totally burned my husband and I quesadilla. They knew better then to sell this to anyone. I’m calling corporate. This is absolutely unexceptable.

We have all come to expect less and less from fast food restaurants and staff, as they have both lost their luster over the years. However, the Taco Bell on U.S. Highway 301 in Riverview, Florida is an exception. The food was excellent, served quickly with order accuracy! But, what stood out most was the staff working hard and professional, especially the Manager on duty, Renee. She served me with a smile and courtesy seldom seen these days. Her interaction with her staff was very heart-warming as well as she showed them she cared by chipping in when needed, but still ensuring she maintained a high standard. A great leader all around. Give her a raise!

So I usually try not to give negative reviews but I had to. Just went through the drive through the girl tells me they are out of beef but are still serving steak and chicken. They tried charging me for the steak although they were the ones that were out of beef. Other business would have not charged the customer for a substitute due to being out of something. Not a happy customer at all!!!!

Something has to be done this store is never open on time!!! The door says 9:00am every time I go there about 9:30 9:45 the doors are always closed. Then they give me the hand signal no they are not open!!! This is very bad for business I advise everybody not to come to this Taco Bell!!! HORRIBLE

We ordered take out and the lady that took our order paid no attention and instead of 2 added 4 of one thing to our order. It ended up being over 30 dollars all bc she would not listen. Food was good though.
