Where do I begin. Stood at counter for ten minutes while the manager and customer argued about an order they messed up yesterday. Then she walks away never to be scene again. Cook told us to use kiosk to order. No that’s what your job is not mine. Then she said it would be a long wiat to get my order taken by a person. Nothing in drive thru and no other customers. But still want me to do your job.

Thought I’d give them another shot. Mistake. Order placed through the mobile app. Store never saw it even though the amount was charged. No apology or any level of customer service from the three “employees”. Was simply told “Nothing we can do”. And went back to throwing containers on the floor and swearing at the sticker dispenser.

Disgusting!! 12 tacos that look like the guy just shot the meat, lettuce cheese tomatoes and sour cream out of a cannon hoping to hit the fajita. Half the taco was outside the fajita when I opened it. Place was not busy so there was no excuse for the kid not to take his time and put things neatly on each taco. These tacos all had meat on one side and everything else on the other. What bull. You can’t even make a taco right you shouldn’t be working there. Kids today are lazy and this is laziness!

Finally pleased with this Taco Bell. I’ve been going here for the past year, and they never get my order right. Always leave on tomato and lettuce and never ever give me the sauces. The last three times I’ve went I’ve had my order be absolutely correct. I think they have some new workers. And I’m very pleased. So THANK YOU Taco Bell.

Historical my go to taco bell until tonight. Ordered for four people on the kiosk so wouldn’t have an issues. Ordered combo with beefy 5 layer burrito, shredded beef grilled cheese taco, and chalupa Supreme.paid $.75 extra to put nacho cheese on in place of sour cream. I got no cheese sauce, just sour cream. Problem 1. Out of grilled cheese taco, offered to another plain taco, no problem I understand. Didn’t get plain taco, problem 2. Beefy 5 layer had no beef, just beans and cheese, problem 3. Ordered regular dorito taco because I don’t like sour cream, but I got sour cream, problem 4. Ordered to soft taco Supremes, got two hard taco supremes.(checked my receipt, yep said soft). One had no tomatoes and very little meat problem 5. Ordered, Cinnabon bites, out of stock, they offer to sub an item several dollars less (problem 6), I asfor refund and manager was very nice about that. Got ranch chicken burrito, that came out great. Ordered 2 frozen drinks, they forgot until I asked, problem 7, asked if I wanted straws taped to drinks, I said no thanks just put them in the bag, got no straws, problem 8. Walked out the front door with manager and another employee standing in front of the door smoking, problem 9

The drive thru at this store pisses me off. Every time you go through they make you pull around to the front door and someone brings your food out. Then you have to get out of your car to go back in and get whatever they forgot like sauce or straws. Even if only one car is in drive thru. They do this to fudge the numbers of the drive thru timer so the manager can get a bonus. Well from now on when I go to the drive thru and the guy at the window tells me to pull up so someone can bring the food out I’m telling him no, I’ll wait for my food here. Customer service has gone to hell these days. Doubtful Taco Bell corporate even reads these.
