I purchased 3 Volcano tacos and once I took off the lettuce and cheese I was surprised to see hardly any meat. The taco isn’t volcano spicy as you would think it’s supposed to be. I hardly ever go to taco and won’t anymore more. It’s a rip off!!!!

Horrible service, the supposed manager I believe her name was Sharon? White lady a bit on the heavy side was very very u professional at the window. Wasn’t understanding even after I showed my receipt and let them know what was missing she said yeah I made that you are just trying to get free food. Absolutely gross smell pouring out of the store. 0/10 go to the one by Walmart or winter haven much better service

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever I waited at the register for three to five minutes with no line before anybody asked me anything. Long story short, drive through was empty 5 people were working behind the register. I’m sorry 1 person working behind the register the other “4” BS’ing, Anyway waited there for another 10 minutes before I received my online order pick up. The person in charge at the time said They were understaffed and this was at about 2:15pm after lunch rush.

Was one of my worst experiences ever at a Taco Bell! Their soda machine had ran out of syrup so our drinks were nasty, my chicken quesadilla had no sauce on it and was super dry, my daughters burrito was not the one we ordered asked for no beans and there was nothing but beans in there. Then we ordered a party pack for my boys and they literally just threw them in the box. Open tacos and all. Needless to say I won’t be back to this one, I’ll travel a little further next time.

I order my food after going inside because the car line outside was almost wrapped around the building. A woman up front says for some one to come help me and I stand there for another few minutes before anybody even acknowldges that I am there. I order 3 items and a drink. The young woman goes back to her station and I have ro ask for her to give me my cup I ordered. It was almost 30 minutes before my food is brought to me and and there were several people waiting inside to order too. My food has cheese on the side up against the wrapper and there is no sauce of any kind in the bag. This place has really gone down hill. I usually give a benefit of the doubt, but this place has continued to give mediocre service at best and I am reminded once again why I never come to this location.

I have gotten badly made food here before but this has been the worst so far. Everything soggy, the crunch wrap was falling apart and had sour cream and tomatoes which I asked to be omitted (order through the app). My potatoes also had sour cream, and my tacos were not wrapped. Everything was practically open in the bag. Everything was cold, soggy, and I can’t believe you guys want to pass that off as food and service.
