As with all of the fast food restaurants I have notice that service has gone down the tubes very much so. The quantity of food And the taste of the food, is not what it used to be. The service is horrible it seems as though the young people hear nothing about professional service like the good old days. I can’t say that I am done with Taco Bell. And several of the other fast-food restaurants around. It’s a shame that the service is going down the tubes and the quantity of food is gone to where it is now.

they messed up my order, (i asked for a crunchwrap and a taco). they me 2 beef tacos. i don’t even eat beef. this was for the cravings box over the mobile app.. then when i went in to tell them they refused to give me a refund. so, i decided to just buy another box because i was really craving one, BUT when i did they messed that one up too and put beef instead of beans in my crunchwrap like it specifically said. i didn’t notice till i got home… never coming back

This is our favorite Taco Bell. It is located just outside of Legoland in Winter Haven FL. Using the app makes ordering and pick up easy, but their drive thru is often just as easy as well. Most associates are friendly, patient and helpful. The food we get here is Always Hot, Fresh and delicious!! I can honestly say that we have tried others and they do Not compare to this particular location. Everything is done quickly and served with a smile every time. It makes going here a pleasure.

Samantha the AGM is just so nice everytime I come in there. She has been there so long I don’t even understand how she doesn’t have the GM title, she been running the store without it this long. She is the only manager aside from karita i think her name is, that be cheering on her team to meet speed of service. I can tell she is always in control. She really deserves it. Smh. Yall really should open your eyes and stop taking your good employees for granted, and give people the titles they deserve, and stop walking all over them. I am a regular there, I hear and see a lot. Worst Taco Bell drive thru!!! Messed up my order. They were not busy. Ordered a Dorito Nachos Tacos and they gave me regular Tacos and shorted me one taco. Don’t understand how a Taco Bell that is not busy can mess up your order.

I went on Sunday 10/02/22 at 6:38 pm and ordered 6 soft tacos with no cheese add onions and chipotle sauce. I was at work so I couldn’t take them back but they were so messy and all over the wrapper, very disappointing I had to throw them away because I couldn’t eat them. *Edit: added 3 more stars since the owner phoned and apologized the very next day and offered a refund—very nice guy. Didn’t get everything I had mobile ordered and so I called. Manager was super rude and blamed it on having new people. Avoid this Taco Bell!!!!

Nothing wrong with the food or the staff. The drive thru exit is horrible! My daughter ended up pulling out in front of a car that was coming through to fast. If you stop where you are supposed to stop, you can’t see traffic coming from your left because of the building. She pulled out further to see and the guy ran into the front of her. Y’all should really do something about this drive thru exit.

Literally the worst taco bell I have ever experienced. I’ve ordered (3)-times via Door Dash recently, and LITERALLY, ALL 3 ORDERS were missing items. Not complicated orders, but all missing items…. I even called the store once I submitted the order tonight to ensure accuracy, and THEY STILL messed it up…. it sucks that Door Dash is married to this store, because I will never go there or order again, when the TB on Cypress Gardens & 17 is WAY better.
