There’s a 50/50 chance your food is good/bad. The last time I was there they gave me the WORST nachos that tasted like old car oil. The rest of the food was ok. The staff is nice most of the time. IF YOU ARE ORDERING THROUGH THE APP, MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT LOCATION. The app isn’t always accurate when selecting the right Taco Bell.

The old standard Taco Bell. Food is good but at times they don’t get the order 100 percent correct. Can’t beat the price and the quickness of getting your food. They need to mop the floors with some heavy duty cleaner, the floors are always sticky when I go in the restaurant.

A Taco Bell that closes at 8 PM – really? So no customers inside since the doors were locked and one car ahead of me at the drive-thru, no cars behind me. I ordered only a beverage and young kid at the speaker asked me to back out because it would take them 7 minutes to get my order ready. I told him no way was I backing up on a narrow curved path with a brand new car, so deal with it. By the time I pulled up to the window a few seconds later, my drink was ready. I asked for a napkin for a dripping beverage which surprised him. Someone needs to actually manage that store. BTW, I was originally at the Immokalee Rd. Taco Bell and left because one of the workers at the food prep station sneezed twice all over the food.

Pretty skimpy on the portions compared to other Taco Bells in the area. I try to avoid this location because either they get the order wrong or they will barley put any meet in the tacos, quesadillas or anything else. A burrito from here compared to the Taco Bell on Airport and Immokalee is completely different in portions. Go somewhere else than this one.

Dinning room was closed at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday. Corporate will be getting an email from us. Signs at door, website and every other site stated they are open until midnight. No wonder they don’t get business. 4 employees came to the door to tell us that we had to do drive thru.

The prices have sky rocketed. I went to the Drive-thru yesterday, I was having a craving for a Mexican Pizza…Now I know they’ve always been a little pricey, but yesterday I was shocked. I ordered just the pizza and I pulled up to the window and she said, “that’ll be $7.70, I was like are u serious for 1 pizza…she said yeah, they just raised the prices again…I said oh well this’ll be my last one. I at least thought after charging that much for one, that it would be good…well NO, it was put together so sloppily, the tomatoes where almost white and it was cold. MY VERY LAST PIZZA AND LAST VISIT TO TACO BELL.

My food was cold and order took way to long for 1 item and a drink. Not to mention I had to get up and keep reminding them my order because they had it wrong. And they locked doors in the middle of eating at 8pm. They close at 12am though? Overall poor.
