GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! 5557 FRUITVILLE RD EXCEPTIONAL FOOD & SERVICE!!! And whatever you do AVOID LOCATION 5811 BEE RIDGE (FOOD & SERVICE SUUUUUUCKED) EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! BUT WHEN I ARRIVED JUST MINUTES LATER AT 5557 FRUITVILLE RD the drive thru employee was SUPER POLITE AND FRIENDLY (NEW GUY DARK HAIR AND ARLETHEA MANAGER) BOTH WONDERFUL AND SUPER FAST SERVICE!! Even asked if I was having a good day!! Gave tons extra taco sauce FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH!! YAY NOT SOGGY NACHO FRIES like the horrible BEE RIDGE LOCATION… LITERALLY NIGHT AND DAY SERVICE.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! EXCELLENT FOOD & SERVICE THANK YOU!!!

I pointed out a discrepancy between the price on the board and the price that it rang up and the manager chimed in over the cashier lady saying that the higher price was the actual price. That’s fine but she went ahead and retaliated against me by giving me about 1/4 of the nacho cheese as normal and only 5-6 chips. Of course I didn’t discover this till I was a half mile down the road. Imagine how unhappy and angry of a person you have to be to do something like that. A sad life

Since I live off of Fruitville, I’ve gotten this place multiple times in hope that the next time it will be better, but no, each time, they have messed up my order. Once, there was barely anything in the crunch wrap, no cheese in the Chalupa‘s, and no meant in burritos! Twice, there was no sauce and no chicken in the crunch wrap! This, by far, is the worst Taco Bell that I have been to in all of my life. Avoid it- take the next exit and go to the another one or better yet, get Chick-fil-A!!! best service and best food ever!!!

Litterly the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude. I’ve been there as both a customer and a door dasher and without fail they have been rude. I sent an email with pics to corporate months ago and never got a reply. Beyond the staff being rude, the items seem to be filled half as much as any other taco bell I’ve been to. Hasn’t been just on 1 occasion but on several. On several occasions I’ve ordered chalupas and they were about 1/3 full compared to any other taco bell. This place should be avoided.

Last night I ordered a nachos belle grande with no beans. Not only did it not have any beans but there must have been only one teaspoon of meat and the nachos were stale. It also had me running to the bathroom all morning! Definitely not grande!!!
